Our server April was excellent. She was very sweet and very attentive. Our busser, Arcadio was also excellent. He went above and beyond he's own job and assisted April in making sure not just us but other customers got our coffee refills and drinks while April was serving platters instead of us having to wait. This is definitely the right Norms to dine at. April & Arcadio thank you for a pleasant lunch experience.

Something has changed for the worse. We have been here twice in the last few weeks. Both times poor service from two different servers. And today we and two other groups received wrong orders. The food was really good though. Not sure if it's a management problem. We'll have to wait and see if it changes.
Todays 9-17-23, food is taking like 30mins to come, they bring my stake and is freaking chewy and you can't eat it, I ask the server to tell the chef, server responded, there is no chef, the manager is cooking, oh man!!! No wonder!, chef called out sick and she wants do all, after decades I decided never to come back to this location, man, the manager doesn't know!

I had the Chorizo and egg breakfast burrito and coffee. I almost couldn't eat all of the burrito. The service was quick. Norm's has some special meals from Monday- Thursday

This used to be my favorite. But ever since the spicy cough, not so much. Menu options disappeared replacements are not as desirable. Quality went down and prices went up. It's still a dependable meal. But nowhere near my top. You might not hate your visit, but the is a good chance you will forget it. Just IMO.

Quiet not many people. The servers aren't attentive when one places an order especially with food allergies. Had to send my plate back unfortunately 3 times do to the uncooked items. The manager who was extremely nice did his best to make it right but by that time the food tasted horrible. I ended up eating my nephews pancakes which were wonderful ? ?In other words, if you have a food allergy DO NOT expect the server/waiter to be helpful just order something that DOES NOT require a change so that the food is not messed with ?☹?Dietary restrictions: No accommodating and ruin food if asked.
