Terrible. Placed a To Go order. Made the fatal mistake of not checking the bag.Once I got home the order was completely different than what I had ordered. OG was closed at that point, I was not able to return the plate the same night.Contacted Mayra, one of the managers at this location.She gave me a $30 gift card for a $55 order. Took four business days and 14 back and forth emails for that to happen as well.Terrible.Seems like she doesn't care, which makes sense for a corporate ran location.I asked for her GM's email but I'm pretty sure nothing will come of it. I got jipped by Olive Garden for $50. I would stop by but I live in northern LA.Don't be like me and please check your bags. The quality control here is bad. The food that wasn't even mine to begin with was a hot plate but was below room temp. My name and order # is all over the bag.

Was happily surprised at the short wait time four Easter Sunday. Shrimp scampi and spaghetti with meat sauce was excellent. Waitress (Michelle?) was super attentive and checked in several times to see if we needed anything. We liked the food so much we took home one of the To-go meals for $6.
Horrible service! We had a special birthday celebration for a family member and they just ruined it for us! Plus they were taking people ahead of us after we were there waiting 20 mins before and being disabled, this was Very difficult. Terrible service. After we complained manager Never bothered to call back and remedy this issue! BEWARE!WE WILL NEVER GIVE THEM OUR BUSINESS AGAIN!

Pleasantly surprised to see Olive garden maintaining same quality and comfort of Italian food year after year..went to Olive garden after 7 years and found same freshness and flavours in salads as well as bread.

****POOR DINE IN SERVICE (waited 40 min)****Service in my experience was poor. Servers were attending other table around but except mine and I saw people being seated and getting their food. I waited around 40 minutes because I thought they were really busy but saw they were basically ignoring my table even though I called for server on the tablet and the red light was flashing. Once me and my partner were getting up someone cleaning the table next to us looked and ask if we were being attended which I said no but other tables around us had and we decided to leave. He insisted on us staying and asked a server who was taking our table which he just raised his shoulders and turned away to the other table. So we had no other choice but to leave.

If you're not sure where the Italian food this is always fairly safe bet. It might not be the most authentic but overall it is good. I do find that sometimes you have to ask for extra sauce because some of the dishes come out slightly on the dryer side. You cannot go wrong with unlimited soup salad and breadstick for $12.99 during dinner time and $9.99 during lunch time... the kids meals are an amazing deal overall. The portions are large in the price is unbeatable. I think that all the kids meals are $6.99. That price is cheaper than most fast food meals for children. The wait at this location happens to always be super long and so definitely plan to go during an off time and if you do plan on going at dinner rush or lunch rush then make a reservation. I did over here at the the host tell people that they do not take same-day reservations so just plan ahead. I was a party of three and came in around 5:45 p.m. and still ended up waiting about 15 or 20 minutes. The restaurant was not even half full at the time but it still took a very very long time to be sat. Once we sat down the service was great so no complaints.

Isac was the best waiter possible!! He was slammed and working a large section alone and he still managed nit to mid a beat!! We had several special instructions and everything was perfect. He handled everything with a smile at each table. Incredible personality!! The food is always great but if you have bad service it never seems to taste as good. Funny how that works!!!
