I love the consistency of the food here. It is great. The biggest complaint at this location is that during dinner rush time, the line gets crazy and there is no where to really stand sometimes the line physically goes out the side door. So just be mindful of when you go.

When we got there at 6pm, it's not busy and we got served fast. The staff was ok but quite forgetful bc I asked for soy sauce and hot sauce in the bag and they totally forgot it and had to reminded them again.Remember to download their app and collecting rewards for discounts or special promotions.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I downloaded Yelp only to leave a review for the worst customer service. To see how many bad reviews this place has , makes a lot of sense now. Tiffany was extremely rude and talked to me condescending for no reason. It caught me really off guard. Her manager was right next to her and didn't apologize , but rather just stood there and condoned it. DO NOT come here and give this place your money. Most of these workers hate their job, so they will take it out on you. Tiffany you suck...all that bad karma is coming towards you fast.

Ordered Panda Express is was very disappointing food was not very good it was mushy and they never send sauce with the teriyaki chicken of the sauce for the egg rolls. I guess they are on the list not to order food from anymore

I give the 4 stars to Patty as she is very well veresed in customer service she smiles and always super nice to everyone in the line.Management did not get her name but she was very nice as well very helpful. Tiffany on the other hand is rude condescending and just a smart mouth.I already spoke to another manager once who was just a visiting manager that dating she had the store manager actually speak to her. But she is a miserable person with rudeness about her.She should not be in the front dealing with customers. She can help cook the food where she is away from the customers.Ease help her.Thank you.

Extremely disappointed I paid $35 for what seems to be nothing. All plate with 2 entrees the picture is suppose to be double chicken it's actually 5 PCs ONLY other box had 2 and 3 Even the kids said this is school lunch.

The woman working on Friday July 28 dressed in black (I assume she might be the manager) needs to quit the gossiping if she can’t multitask. I had to constantly repeat the items for each plate because she kept talking with a co-worker while taking my order. She assumes she’s capable of multitasking, but it’s clear she’s not because she put the wrong items in two plates.1st plate: I asked for Fried Rice, Mushroom Chicken, and Honey Walnut. She put Fried Rice, Mushroom Chicken, and Sesame Chicken.2nd plate: I asked for Chowmein, Sesame Chicken, and Kung Pao.She decided to put Fried rice, Honey Walnut and Mushroom Chicken.
