It was $17 for a "you pick two" without a drink. It was a total of 12 bites of food. And a tiny bag of chips. This mac and cheese was over $7. Not at all worth. And not even as good as it used to be. Very disappointed... it used to be great value. Now, to save money, I'll definitely be going somewhere else.

My service was good .. My Turkey Avocado sandwich was terrible .. Asked for no bacon, spinach instead of lettuce .. I was given chunks of dark meat which tasted and had the smell of "days" old meat .. My avocado was served in a small dish, not on the sandwich .. The sandwich had no mayo, which I requested .. Dry, smelled awful and was a terrible disappointment ! At over $16.00 .. Panera will never get my business again ! At 10:45 am, bagel bins nearly empty, bread bins, grim .. WTH !! Incidentally, my first time visiting this chain ..

I frequent Panera often since the family loves their bagels. Tuesday is the best day as it's bakers dozen deal. The green goddess salad is also very good. I take everything to go so I can't comment about eating inside.

I order DoorDash from Panera once in awhile when I'm craving a pick2 soup and sandwich. I have to say for what they charge the portions are tiny and sometime the chicken salad sandwich barely has a scoop of chicken salad and the 1/2 sandwich is already SO small. So today I ordered from Lazy Dog instead...for less that Panera I got a cup of soup, a large 1/2 sandwich with lots of chicken salad, fries and Parmesan crisp crackers! I couldn't even it all the food, so do yourself a favor and go to Lazy Dog for their lunch specials!

I'd never been to Panera before, and I didn't realize their food pickup was at a different window than the front. So, I stood in front of the store, waiting for my order. Several employees saw me, but no one told me I was in the wrong spot....employees lack basic Intelligence.

Rather attentive and ready to serve crew, with well stock and organized disposable items; their floor to ceiling glasses give a well-lit and upbeat atmosphere.
The workers were friendly and promptly cleaned the tables . My chai tea was delicious. The chicken noodle soup is a little too salty . I like the patio area. Their is a flier that says they are a Christian ✝️ establishment that gives to children who are going through domestic violence. That's great

Food is good. Service and timing was good. Price is ok. Nothing spectacular. I do appreciate the customization of what you want on your food.
This is the first time in a long while since I went to a Panera. They cut portion size on whole salad, AND raised the price. Not impressed. Then to basically ask for a tip? Other than taking my order and payment, I served myself. The table we sat at was dirty.Dietary restrictions: I asked the cashier what were the Keto or low carb options. She smiled, shrugged and said nothing. Not replied nothing, she made no sound.
Great food and service.
