So when did Papa John’s start charging for crushed red peppers? Araceli couldn’t even tell me how much each packet was. She said “umm 5 cents?” She handed me 4 small packets for two big boxes of pizza. Damn y’all are cheap. Despite paying $40 for my meal.

I ordered a shaqaroni pizza from this location previously, and it was true to its nature. However, I just ordered one today and the pizza is totally different. The crust is wrong. There are only half the pepperoni and the whole thing is a greasy, soggy mess. I won’t be going back here.

I’ve ordered a lot of Papa Johns relying on the brand. This is the first time I ever disappointed this bad. The boxes literally weighed more than the pizza. Pitched it and went out to eat. Why ruin a vacation night suffering through a bad pizza. Beware, not Papa’s standards nor my expectations…

I don't normally leave reviews for fast food places but this Papa John's has been consistently delicious. I've never had an issue with an order and my deliveries always arrive in a timely manner. The customer service is AMAZING. Tonight I accidentally placed a pickup order when I meant to do a delivery order and the staff accommodated my request to change it to a delivery. I really appreciate this and will continue to go back to this Papa John's.

Stay away.The idiot taking my order needed to ask every piece of information - every piece! Two, three, or four times. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza. We would have ordered drinks, except they were out of everything except diet coke. We were ordering from about a mile away and they quoted a half hour.An hour later I called to check in, and she said she hadn't put the order in yet because the driver hadn't gotten back, yet: he was busy delivering orders to schools. I asked if she knew that when I placed the order, and she had no answer.I hope this place goes out of business, because they deserve it.

I got 2 large pizzas and we got food poisoning, myself and my 2 kids spent last Thursday morning in the emergency room because of horrible vomiting diarrhea and abdominal pain.Wr had to be admitted the 3 of us for the treatment.I had the most bad food experience in my life from this place

Came here the other day and the staff were so nice! I spoke to Tai and she really made this experience so much better. She told me all the deals they had available which made the ordering process easier. The pizza was hot and fresh! I know it's a smaller store so I understood the wait time. I see the complaints about the gloves but coming from a food service background it doesn't bother me sense I saw the staff washing their hands.

I got a text that my food was ready when I went in they only had one pizza out of two and no wings. But let’s get to the chase. They do not wash your hands here. I watch them handle, money, the phone and the computer and went straight back to touching the food. The delivery drivers come in off the street and go straight back to handling food without washing our hands. This place is totally gross and they totally lied to me about my pizzas not being ready, they said that they made it but it mysteriously disappeared. Then they said they were going to make it and forgot again so by the time my second pizza was ready all the rest of my food was cold. The manager told me well at least one of the pizzas is hot , really what a sad excuse for a manager they need to clear out this entire store get these people training and replace them all none of them have proper work ethics washing your hands at a restaurant is mandatory or people will get sick and I am not going to be one of them. I will never come back to this location . Oh and heck yeah I asked for a refund and got it.
