We love this eatery. My ONLY complaint is the ridiculously high price of their Onion Rings. They are nearly $7.00 and only 6 - 8 of varying sizes, some being really small, are in a serving. Don't get me wrong, they are excellent...but over a dollar a piece....c'mon now

Food is.. not that great. Fries were mid, sandwich had a good amount of meat but not much cheese. Bread ok, price was on the higher end, around 20 bucks for a combo!Service was great and the wait wasn't too long. Still prefer the one over nearby the mall.

The roll was really fresh and the cheesesteak tasted good. It was smaller than I thought, but still filling. The breading on the onion rings was delicious, but they were a bit soggy. I would definitely come back and try again.

A cheesestake is always oozing with cheese. We got 4 sandwiches and every one of them were as dry as bone. Worst cheesestake I have ever had a lot of meat but not good.

Lack of communication inside the store and dishonest shop. We ordered using wrong Uber eats account, called the store immediately to cancel and told that we will order the same one under different account. They accepted (transaction time to turned canceled was 5 minutes according to Uber record), we ordered again as promised, but they still charged for the both orders. Called the store multiple times, manager does not return your call. After 2 months, still no progress. I do not see how you can rate more than 1 star who plays games like this. If you agree, I'd like to support local store but not this one. Please be respectful and give my money back.

Incredible food. The cooks are spot on. So management should recognize that and do something nice… they deserve it big time. I watched them like a hawk and these cooks really care about the sandwiches they’re making. Well done guys.We just moved back to Ca from AZ. And AZ doesn’t compare with this place. They have some good ones, Corleone’s, but nothing as good as Phillys Best.

I love this place but always have the same issue that I just to bring up here.The food is great but there's two restrooms and they refused to allow anyone to use them.Like the employee told my husband someone is there while it was just him and I in there. My husband asked to used the other restroom.Then employee denied there was second one which was crazy and he refused for him to use it.We came back another day because I go next door for physical therapy and literally they weren't allowing anyone to use it.Why?You have two have a restroom for customers but the upsetting part is that he was laughing with another female employee. Then another time we were eating our sandwiches and this construction worker comes in knew the female worker and asked to use the restroom and she allowed him.So my husband decided to ask to use it since she allowed this individual that didn't purchase and her reply was no.Like this horrible and the smirk on her face is disgusting.You guys need to really see how your team is with customers.Lastly when you walked in you normally have to announce your there because it's an empty kitchen and no on at register. This is what we deal with.Your sandwiches are great and the only reason we continue is because that's our lunch before going to Spine and Sport.I hope this feedback opens your eyes to what customers get.

Gotta say, I was a bit surprised when I happened on to this place while sending a UPS package across the parking lot - between lunch and dinner - and I thought I'd give it a try. Got the standard Classic Cheesesteak with grilled onions. Wow, just like they do it in Philly with great flavor and on an excellent roll! Great service, as well and the place is sparkling clean - what's not to love! Easy five star experience!
Sandwiches are really good. Not cheap, but worth it. Chicken parm sandwich Is probably 1 of my favs. Between 3 -5 all sandwiches r only 10.99.

I lived in around Philadelphia for a good chunk of my life... When I moved out to California roundabout 2004, I realized that everyone and their brother had a Philly cheesesteak on the menu, and pretty much all of them were blatantly incorrect. People just chop up some steak and stick it on a roll and melt some cheese on it, And then they call it a Philly cheesesteak... It's downright insulting to anyone who knows better. Fair enough- it's true most people in Southern California don't know any better... But for those of us who do...This place goes the extra mile for an authentic experience. They fly in the Amoroso rolls, for pity sake! They have all the best Philly based ingredients- Hanks Soda... Get this... they even stock TASTYCAKES! I could not believe that I could get tasty cakes in Orange County California! What an absolute treat!You can get your sandwich however you want it... If you want to go old-school with the wiz, or you want to use cheddar... If you want peppers and onions, or you just want onions... They make them all correctly! No this is still Southern California, so it's not identical to some thing you get on South Street... But it's the closest I found out here. Not only that but they managed to duplicate it and they have several different locations.But I also just realized that they do a great chicken Parm... That's another thing that many California restaurants ruin, But Phillys Best does it right!
