My boyfriend and I can't get enough of this place. The waitress is fantastic I adore her, she knows us well being that we are regulars lol. We can't wait for it to reopen. Please hurry!!!! Its been closed for a long time now ?

My husband order the beef pho soup and although it was good while he was eating, he ended up throwing up everything immediately after. It was high priced and made him sick.

When I was here I got to try out the Tumeric Fish Soup that turned out to be really good... I'm a fan of spicy food and the sauces and peppers that they had met my standard. A great place if your into so some heat.

I keep trying to give this place chances. But to be honest the food here is very mediocre. The soup is okay but needs more work. They need to boil the bones longer & add anise star in the broth. Overall if your looking for decent pho. This place might fulfill your craving but i doubt it.

This is my local go to pho place which I adore! Pho is great and what my family craves in Winter or when we are sick. I agree with all the reviews about the cranky older lady who works there now. She doesn't answer the phone when you try and order to go, she's totally unconcerned about customer service, but I understand this is common within the asians who immigrated. In their home country customers don't get upset like we do in America, yet we are in America. She hasn't been there very long so I suggest keep going here and someday she wont be there. Other employees are amazing. All I've had is the pho so i cant comment on those items, but the broth is total crack! I love it, period. Just go and you wont regret it. Plus I can always get a table which I like. When Im feeling adventurous i go to garden grove for the more rustic variety of pho but this place gets my business 9/10 times.

Was there for the first time, not knowing anything about the restraunt, but seeing it there for sometime through my routes... waitress was diffidently a lady not very friendly, couldn't get her attention what so ever for any service, she does it all, typically going to cost you.... was ready to cash out, was wanting my check to review my order but seen that I wasn't getting anyone's attention so I went to the cash register, left a five dollar tip anyway.... but when she told me the total I was thinking that was quite a bit, never seen my check and didn't ask...was just upset and wanting too leave..... I believed I was charged for someone else table... 38 bucks for bowl soup, pork rice, and four egg roll and water... got home check the menu... even if I paid 10$ rice 10$ soup and 5$ for egg roll 25$ and change at the most. ASK FOR YOUR CHECK AND REVIEW ITs PRICE ... GOT ME ONCE BUT WILL NOT RETURN EVER...
Food is great! When you get it in a timely manner. Waited 40 min for our food today before asking to get it to go instead,as we have 1 hr lunch. (Plus it seemed everyone around us were getting served 1st )Waited another 10 min before cancelling- very disappointed . I don't think our order was ever put in. So my advice is if you're going in lunch rush hour maybe call it in. New place is opening closer to work. Think we'll be taking our business there instead

I have gone to this place for years, the food is delicious and the service is usually great. However, my last two visits haven't been so pleasant. Recently there is an rude older lady who is a hostess and waitress, who should not be working in the customer service business. Walking in, there is a sign stating, "please wait to be seated." However, she yelled at us from behind the booth to sit anywhere. When ordering she seemed very unhappy and short with us. As we were trying to enjoy our meal, she started yelling at a someone about payment and kicked him out in front of everyone. Very unprofessional! Lastly, while I payed and asked for togo boxes, with a pissed off look on her face she expressed that we had ordered a lot of food and seemed displeased that we had two spring rolls left. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this restaurant, regardless of how great the food is.

Best place EVER for Pho! Their food is amazing and the very kind lady that runs the restaurant is so wonderful!!! I love going here when I have a craving for great Pho. If you haven't gone, you're missing out.

A few coworkers and I came here for our lunch break on Wednesday 12/4/19. It was a rainy day so I assume everybody had the same idea to enjoy eating pho. The food here was outstanding, but the service here is down the hole. First things first, they don't seem to have a good enough leadership to run a business, there is no busser to assist waiters/waitresses in cleaning the tables. Second thing we order an appetizer and it never came. Manager was apologetic, but didn't resolve it. Poor skills. Third, restaurant staff have a lack of confidence in what they do and how to perform correct needed actions. This place NEEDS a manager who knows how to operate a business.
