This Pizza Hut has to be the WORST location yet. The Pizza was burnt, lacked sauce and cheese, and was just inedible. I called to get a refund and told them they could have the pizza, but the manager refused. Said they only offered store credit. Who in their right mind would want a store credit from an establishment in which they will never return? Not me. Im disgusted with the service and quality of this food. Don't order from here, they'll be sure to disappoint.

Disclose hidden fees on the orders. What is a service fee? Arent you on the business of producing a product and servicing your customers?About a 10% service fee was charged on my order, pick up order, and the store manager could not explain what it is for and could not remove it from my bill. He refused to provide a number to call to inquiry on it. Needless to say, i am extremely disatisfied.

Great pizza. The Edge pizza was everything I wanted in a flatbread pepperoni pizza. Thin crust, plenty of cheese and pepperoni and the herbs on top were perfect. I'Il be getting another one as soon as possible. Really good.

The pizza is nothing like advertised, it says it comer with "extra" pepperoni but is does not as you can ser in the picture. The images should be more realistic so people know what exactly they will get. Do not buy this promo!

Ordered breadsticks with my pizza for carry out and ended up with burned bread. We drove back to exchange it for a fresh batch and it came out just slightly less burned. The lady told us it looked like that because it was fresh. I feel like I've ordered from Pizza Hut for years and never received such terrible bread sticks. Normally I wouldn't even write a review but it's just insultingly annoying to be told it's not over cooked, it's just fresh.Judge for yourself from this picture.

NO STARS Do not order go to this location WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! One of the employees was in the front and I asked for my order and she gave me her back and told me that she didn't know if my order was ready and she made me wait for her Manager and confine to ignore me when all I was trying was to be nice. I'm sorry but won't be purchasing form Pizza Hut again the worst

Forgot food and when i called had the worst experience i paid like 19$ for a 12 piece wing never showed up and wanted to make it up with a 10 dollar voucher. When i told her i paid more for that then she said "come get the wings then" horrible!

I entered the Pizza Hut on the evening of 2/9/23. There were 3 females working behind the counter and one delivery man making boxes when I entered. The 3 females were speaking in Spanish and using a lot of profanity. I stood there waiting for about 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. They would look over at me but never once stopped their personal conversation to ask me what I needed. I walked out of the store at the same time the delivery man, Alfredo, walked out. I asked him if I could get the number for the headquarters. He asked what was wrong and I explained what happened. He assumed they had already taken my order and I was just waiting for my food. He apologized for them and offered to help me place an order. I didn't know how the 3 females would react to me, or what they would do to my pizza out of retaliation, so I declined. I have been to this location before and have never been treated so rudely. Not only was their conversation completely inappropriate and made me feel extremely uncomfortable due to the excessive profanity being used, but to be completely ignored for 5 minutes is just NOT OK. Someone should better train the employees how to treat a paying customer when they walk through the door. I will not go back to this location ever again.
