Great food. Service wise, definitely no no.These young servers attitude needs to change. They were very unpleasant like an untitled teenager vibe. You don’t wanna work. Stay at home. Terrible experience.

Awesome clean spot for those late night cravings. Highly recommend. Also the servings are very generous.

The service and convenience of the location being next door to my fav garlic noodle place is genius!! I've always wanted an acai bow place open this late and my dreams have finally come true!!!everyone here is super nice and helpful. I'm a happy returning customer !! There's limited parking but enough seating and a restroom available!!!!

This place looks new and clean. Service with nice employees. Lots of toppings to choose from and very health. You get to choose your size, but make sure you can finish it with your partners. Links to Nguyen's Kitchen, so if you are hungry, you can also order your foods. Parking is a little bit challenging during busy hours.

I was a little disappointed when I came in today and was attended by a girl with brown hair, she had a bad attitude the minute I walked in. while she was making my bowl she was rushing through it. she also got bothered when I asked if I could add another topping to it. After she was done ringing me up she slid the bowl to me and it slid pretty fast. in a very rude manner almost tossing it off the counter. I knew she was in the wrong when her other coworker asked her not to do that.

As expected, one of the worst acai bowl I ever had... this is not an acai bowl. Maybe frozen yogurt with lots of sugar and syrup? Also one of the worst services I've experienced recently. She is talking to me like I am one of her friends... what the

I was excited to try you guys out, I heard so much about your bowls.. but as soon as I walked in one of the employees were rude, she had an attitude and It seemed like she had an issue serving me because I interrupted her task that she was doing, or because I came late..otherwise the bowl was good. However I recommend training your staff to be more polite regardless of the situation.

Today was my first visit to this business and I was excited to try out the Acai bowl. The Acai bowl was great however the customer service was saddening. The employee did not smile once nor ever welcome the customer. The employee's first words were, "let me know when you're ready." She seemed very agitated, annoyed, and unhappy. The employee was impatient while I was selecting my toppings and gave a dead stare. It should be noted the establishment was empty and the employee was working on food prep when I walked in. Customer service is a huge reflection of management and I hope there is future training for her/staff.

The staff is very kind and generous here, this place deserves much more appreciation. Their choices of toppings, syrups and spreads are highly recommended.

Great price. All the offerings that other locations provide at a lower price. Service is slightly rushed, but I find that to be true in most açai locations. You have to be prepared in advanced to rapidly rattle off what toppings you want.

Was looking for a semi healthy / sweet tooth fix, and this spot was open late til 2am. Got reeled in from seeing their Chamoy Bowls which is basically a Mangonada in a acai version. Added goji berries on top for a nice chewy crunch. Service was very friendly and accommodating. I asked for alot of goji berries and they were very generous on sprinkling around the top. Ambience is fairly small with about 3 circle tables to fit about 9-12 people max. It's a joint location with a asian fusion diner, if you get hungry for an actual meal.

The woman helping us was extremely rude, unhelpful and very unfriendly. The seating was limited .

Hands down, the BEST Acai bowl ever! If I lived out here it would be a wrap, different Acia bowl every day. Mango chamoy bowl, chefs kiss, mango, strawberry, Blueberry...yum! Service was great and this place is very clean and right next to another restaurant. This is a must-visit if you are in the area.
