I ordered the food to go for a work event. The chicken had good flavor and was tender. Cut up in cubes size bites, it was savory. The rice and beans were rather bland. It almost detracted from the good chicken. I didn't experience service or ambience since this was delivered to work but I will say Chipotle is better. I would go there next time instead of Qdoba. A telling tale in how quality of food is we had lots of left overs which never happens in a work place where people are always jonesing for free food.

Beware, this Qdoba is located in a college! Limited menu, sloppy food, and customer service could be more friendly.

QDOBA Mexican Eats was a letdown. The food was bland and lacked flavor. The portions were also small for the price. The service was slow, and the staff seemed disorganized. The restaurant was not very clean, and the overall ambiance was not inviting. I won't be returning to QDOBA and would suggest trying other Mexican restaurants in the area that offer better food and service.

Sadly this location (Chapman Student Center) is not at the same standard of Qdoba in Colorado. The food was not as fresh as Qdoba in other states to the degree that I would recommend Chipotle as a better alternative

Food isn't very fresh, prices are high, portions are always too smallthe only reason they're still in business is because they're located at Chapman

Food’s good. Customer service is terrible. The server guy is very rude. The ladies serving seemed to hate their job. Would recommend hiring younger workers.

Place is really horseshit. Please replace with Chipotle.

The place barely had anything left. Ordered for a burrito bowl and got a bowl with leftovers, the person serving didn't bother to restock veggies and other toppings.

Okay QDOBA here I go. Now let's start with the good before I get into bad. The good thing is it has several tables and chairs with ample seating. Now on with the bad: It is located inside of a building on Chapman university. You might feel out of place entering the building if you either didn't know it was there or because you're not college age anymore. Parking near this building can be rough since most of the street parking surrounding this building is permit parking only. Now once you find a place to park then you can head inside and "enjoy" your food. So when I finally found the location I was greeted by a lady who did not say much and just stared at me. My initial thought of this place is it looks like a chipotle. Which is fine because I enjoy chipotle. After I go through the line I pay for my food and find a table. Now comes the true test of any restaurant and that's the taste test. Have you ever had Mexican food that had zero flavor in it? No? Then go to QDOBA. Have you ever put their sauces on your food and there is NO spicy kick to your Mexican food? No? Go to QDOBA. Legitimately this bowl had no flavor. I ordered the brisket and it's very hard not to have flavor in any brisket. Well QDOBA succeeds at it. Now came my favorite part, I have finished my meal and walk to the trash to dispose of my plate. Well the trash was so full that it was over flowing with trash. So no one changes the trash here and it just sits full all day. That's unacceptable. I came here because inside this same building was a polling place to vote. I decided to get food while I was here. That was a serious mistake! Honestly just walk or drive two blocks away to the orange circle to get better quality food. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This place offers delicious Mexican food with really generous portions and attentive service. It has a really genuine vibe and keeps me coming back since I first visited.

It could've been the stagnant meat in the steam trays or the fruit flies in the "out-of-service" soda machine, but something made me miss Chipotle when I ate here.
