Always double check your order,I have been given the wrong order at least 3 times in recent visits. To resolve these situations, manager first questions the validity of your claim then states he will verify to see if what you are saying is true, when they verified they messed up, they ask you to return the wrong order as a requirement for them to replace it with the right order. Which is fine but Meanwhile, you wasted time and gas to return to their restaurant and then they act mad for you pointing out they messed up. Managers' customer service needs improvement.

I have been eating at this location since the business was opened. 3-01-2016 Because the service is great And the chicken is phenomenal. Today 4-01-2024 I came to eat some chicken fingers as usual. I got a phone call and the music was very loud that i couldn't hear so i asked one of the front employees to keep my food warm . He said yes. I went outside for 5 minutes. When i came back and asked for my 3 finger combo. they gave it to me cold. I asked politely if they could please either warm it up or exchange it. The manager had said no according to the front cashier. I was surprised with that noncustomer negative answer. I mentioned the manager a young lady that I have been eating here since 2016 and never had this refusal service. she said I haven't seen you here. They were kind of aggressive and negative. I don't know why. But i asked for a refund. Then she wrote in a piece of paper something. And said that I could call them for a refund. I was surprised that my favorite restaurant canes employees had treated me like this. So. I said why don't you just warm it up. She said no. We only have fryers. I can give you a refund. Give me your card. Suddenly the cook in the back passed her a plate of 3 chicken fingers. She grabbed them like what's going on. She then asked me, are you going to eat here? after i had Ordered dine in. I said, ofcourse, this is my favorite restaurant and i love the environment. Then she gave Them to me. They were hot. After that negative service and discussion it was great to come back to a great service again. However my chicken fingers didn't taste as usual. I think the bad moment had added some bad taste to this great chicken fingers.
Very fast and great service. And not as overly crowded as some other ones I've gone too. Not my local restaurant but I was in the area, so my kids and I really enjoyed canes in general. Glad we stopped and dined in ordered and had food served before I sat down.

I frequently get the chicken sandwich meal or just the sandwich via the drive through. The food is great and the service is excellent. No complaints. The only weird aspect of the drive through is the layout of the drive through at this location.

Fast food fried chicken tenders. It is always consistent. It is always crispy and moist.If you want to cut calories and still eat here..you can request for your tenders to be "Naked" and it will not get battered. The naked chicken ends up to be approx 70 calories each piece .... you're welcome lol
