Visiting from out of town and came across this cute ramen spot. The owner was so, so nice, as was the rest of his staff! I got the Black Ramen combo with the Spicy Tuna with Crispy Rice. My husband got the Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen combo with the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice as well. Both ramen were great! Deeply savory broths and the chasu pork was so tender and flavorful! They also put a generous amount of spicy tuna on the crispy rice, which was a tasty appetizer. This is a perfect dinner on a chilly evening. Also, a special thank you to the sweet owner who gave us two iced teas on the house. Made our night! :)

I'm so glad I gave this place a try. This place was delicious! Located about a mile away from the Orange Circle, this place offers tasty ramen for a decent price. The restaurant is kinda small, so I'm sure you might have to wait to get a table during the busy times. We came around 5:20 pm which was perfect because we were seated immediately. Looking at the menu, we wanted the black ramen with the add on combo. Definitely do this!! Because it's a great value. We got a rainbow roll for $6 more which was a steal considering it was the full 8 piece roll (I apologize for the picture missing a roll. I ate a piece before taking the picture haha). The sushi was actually really good! Tasted fresh and very enjoyable! The unagi bowl was good. I got the small bowl, but was slightly disappointed that it only came with 4 pieces of eel. They gave a ton of rice though. For the price, I don't think this was worth it. I would give this a skip. The ramen was delicious! Flavor of the broth was excellent. Decent amount of noodles and the pork was perfect. Pro tip. Take a picture of your food and post it on Instagram to get a free side of extra noodles! The ramen was great. Overall, this place has great tasting food and you should definitely give it a shot if you're in the area. Cheers!

I come here a little more than I'd like to admit. Always quick service and attentive! They have great deals like the added roll for a reduced price when you get the ramen that is a great incentive to keep coming. All in all it's a great ramen spot with reasonable pricing!

Great service. Fast and efficient. Really good ramen here. I am also a fan of the Furikake fries and Unagi bowl

10/10 Service - great and speedy service 3/10 Food- I ordered the tonkatsu, I had to put a lot of white pepper in it to taste good to my preference, other than that it was very plain I came here by myself and enjoy a cute restaurant with good music playing , it makes eating alone peaceful.

Amazing ramen, the spicy tonkatsu broth was so good. Also love adding spicy tuna for only like $2-3 to my ramen!

Bland broth and tough chashu pork. I wish I could call this my go-to ramen spot but I don't foresee spending money here again.

Great service even though they were packed for lunch. Spicy Ramen was fantastic - nice flavor and not salty.

Decently priced food. They have lunch specials and combo add on, which means you can get a variety of food for a deal. Food came out quick be sure to ask for chili paste and chili powder if you like a kick of spice.

I came for the ramen but the star for me was the sushi. I ordered the black garlic oil ramen, added a side of chicken (I think it was sesame chicken) and an order of the salmon lover roll. The sushi roll was so fresh and delightful. My s/o wasn't even hungry and he had a bit and was hooked. The service was okay, felt like there was one person taking care of the front. Overall the place was clean and small. I would go again. It wouldn't be my first choice. Pictures was taken after a few bites .

Food & service is always on point. The ramen is great here, but don't sleep on the sushi here because it's quite excellent for the price. Always quick service. This is my 4th visit and always go out of my way to come here.

The manager was so accommodating with our large party of 9. The food was excellent too.

Perla was rude out of nowhere, she said the restaurant opens at 11:30 when it opens at 11:00am , she thinks she owns the business and was condescending and rude, she did not want to take my order, I asked for a manager and she said she’s the only one I could talk to about her nasty attitude. To sad to see business suffer and being damaged when the food it’s really good, i hope this comment get the management attention needless to say but “get another job, don’t work in hospitality is not for you Perla”.

Honestly this place was below average. I was expecting some bomb ramen based on the reviews and ratings but we were both super disappointed. Very bland and watery ramen broth. No flavor and not creamy enough. Both ramen bowls were hot and fresh but as I mentioned there was little to no flavor in both bowls. I got the spicy tonkatsu ramen and the broth was too watery and soupy. Not creamy like I'm used to eating at Slurpin Ramen in Costa Mesa. The rolls were delicious and our apps were good so a star for that. But the main reason you come is for the ramen. I honestly think I could make better ramen at home. Service was good. Very friendly server. But what I hate at mid level restaurants is when they bring the main course 20 seconds after the appetizer. An appetizer is supposed to be just that: an appetizer. It's not the main dish. Don't put the main order in until your guests are at least half way done with their apps. We literally got everything at once. Had to rush eating our apps so our ramen wouldn't get cold. Super annoying. Who knows. Could have been an off day. But from what we both experienced I won't be back.
