The menu has changed here for the worse. All the sides I usually ordered are gone, and the kids menu only has one BBQ option now. Everyone at our table was disappointed one way or the other by the menu changes. Not to mention, every time we come they're out of brisket burnt ends. They even go out of their way to print on the menu "extreme limited availability". Either have them or not, last time I checked brisket wasn't in short supply. We used to go out of our way to come here, but I doubt we will now with these menu changes. Update: be sure to look over your receipt carefully. They're charging more for items then the prices shown on the menu.

So as someone who has been using a smoker for years (real, not pellet). The meats were on par for an experienced amatuer smoking. A lot of what we had (wings, pork burnt ends, pulled pork, brisket burnt ends) was sweet which is very Southeast U.S. They use good meat which is from where the higher pricing comes. Unfortunately seasoning or lack thereof made this experience one I will not repeat. The wings were a confusing texture, and the brisket burnt ends felt more oven prepped and tough. The green bean caserole only missed the mark by not having more texture, and the fried pickles and peppers were seriously on point. The honey cornedbread was good and was the appropriate level of dry (some butter would have been nice though). "Pig ol biddies" brew was delicious.

The BBQ was pretty good, we got the trio of meats so we got the barbecue chicken, the barbecue ribs and the brisket burnt ends were delicious by the way. They have a full bar good size restaurant. They also have axe throwing. Which made it super fun. Our service was awesome. Our servers were really cool. Super fun date night recommended and I will probably be back.

A Meat-Lover's Paradise I came with my family of 7 with high expectations, we noticed it was very very busy BUT we were not disappointed. From the moment we stepped through the door, the welcoming ambiance and tantalizing aroma of smoked meats set the stage for an unforgettable meal. Right off the bat, we were greeted by the manager, Joe, whose electric personality and genuine hospitality instantly put us at ease. Despite the bustling atmosphere, Joe took the time to personally apologize for any wait times we might encounter, a gesture that truly exemplified the restaurant's commitment to customer satisfaction. As we settled into our seats, anticipation mounting, we were delighted to find that our patience was rewarded tenfold. The menu boasted a mouthwatering array of barbecue delights, from tender brisket to fall-off-the-bone ribs, each dish expertly crafted to perfection. Throughout the meal, Joe continued to check in on us, ensuring that our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. His attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed, earning my family and I appreciation for him and the restaurant. But the true highlight of the evening came when Joe surprised us with complimentary desserts, a sweet gesture that served as the perfect finale to an already memorable meal!!! The deep fried Oreos were my absolute favorite and others in my family wouldn't stop raving about the banana pudding!! Made fresh every day apparently and sure tasted like it Our first visit to Sauced was nothing short of a triumph. Thanks to Joe's exemplary service and the restaurant's delectable offerings, we left with full stomachs and smiles on our faces, already counting down the days until our next barbecue visit!

Just stopped by this place after a cheerleading competition and it totally hit the spot! I went for the two meats - sliced brisket and pulled pork - along with brisket chili and honky tonk fries. Everything perfectly cooked, and exactly how BBQ should taste. The watermelon margarita with a tajin rim was the cherry on top: fresh, perfectly balanced, not too sweet or too strong. The staff were amazing, offering helpful recommendations right off the bat, making my first visit here unforgettable. Highly recommend!

I wish that I could give 0 stars for my experience yesterday. It took just short of an hour to get our food, the food was barely warm and sloppily presented when it finally did come it, they never brought my sister in law's food & worst of all the front of house manager Joe was COMPLETELY unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. Sauced has some of my favorite fried pickles and burnt ends, but after yesterday I will not be back. My family and I (a party of 7), made a reservation and came in to enjoy a nice meal prior to attending a comedy show at the Honda center. We waited about 10 minutes to be greeted, let our server know we had a little over an hour and a half until we had to leave, and placed our order with him as soon as he came to the table. Our 2 orders of fried pickles both came out soggy, small portioned and only barely warm. We didn't say anything because we figured by the time we should even receive a potential refire our food would be coming out and the point of the appetizers would be nonexistent, little did we know we'd have to wait almost an entire hour to receive our entrees. Joe walked by the table, I stopped him and let him know that we were waiting for our food for a while and were on a time constraint. He told our server just to give us a free dessert for the inconvenience. We continued waiting, our food finally came out 10 minutes before we had to leave, we were missing my sister in law's plate, just asked our server to take it off of the bill because we didn't have any more time to wait, shared our food with her, then randomly Joe comes by and asks "Who ordered the birria tacos?". I replied nobody ordered birria tacos & continued to try to tell him that my sister in law never received her food, but he put the birria tacos down and said, "well here, just keep them, we made extra, DAMN, you don't need to be rude" and walked away without listening to what I was trying to say. He was obnoxious and soooo unprofessional and embarrassing. Then, we let our server know they we obviously didn't have time for dessert and just asked if Joe could take off one of our orders of pickles instead (which is a $1 difference in price than a dessert), to which Joe stated that he would not. Eventually my mom kindly asked him just to take off an appetizer instead because we had to leave and didn't have time for dessert, which he reluctantly did. Joe never apologized for the wait or the inconvenience & simply tried to make it up to us by putting in an order for a dessert that we didn't even have a choice in. Nobody was happy with their food, we paid almost $200 for said food, Joe made us all very uncomfortable and we had to rush to eat the barely warm food that did come out in 10 minutes to make it to our show in time. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

My family and I had an amazing experience at Sauced in Orange this afternoon. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, perfect for a casual night out. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by our server, Tatum. She was the epitome of attentiveness, always there when we needed her without being intrusive. Her friendly demeanor added a warm touch to our evening, and her menu suggestions were spot on! If you're looking for a spot that combines great food, drinks and of course axe throwing, Sauced is the place to go. Big thanks to Tatum for making our visit unforgettable!

Amazing!!! Have never had GREAT bbq in Ca. This place is the real deal! The Asian fusion in sauces and sides plays wonderfully with the smoked brisket. The meat was tender smoked perfectly and what little fat there was, melted away when eaten. Our server was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The axe throwing though loud, is fun to watch. Will be back!!!!
