I love the architecture of the building and the views of neighboring buildings. The only trash can is not conveniently located depending on the seat you choose in here. At least the popcorn was in stock ?

The drinks and food here are usually always good. However the service here is really awful, it's like they don't like working or just wanna leave. When we asked for the manager it turned out the one giving us the horrible service was actually the manager so that's why we decided to leave this review. To top it off the didn't make one of our drinks we paid for and for another drink the gave us a tea instead of coffee. They also refused to take the order of people behind us cuz they were about to close in a couple mins.

Starbucks is Starbucks and this is another one of the millions and millions that span across the globe. This particular location is the one you will find in the Orange Circle. This location offers all of the stuff Starbucks is known for. In terms of its overall designed, it's an average sized shop, with tables that line the walls and a long table over to one side. The staff here performs their job as most Starbucks' staff does. They all do their jobs pretty well and are more or less friendly. The big downside of this Starbucks is that there is a cigar shop right next-door. So, sitting outside is really not a very good option unless you want to smell cigar smoke and have it permeating the entire air of your environment. Thus, I recommend if you stop by and want to hang out, find a table or a chair inside. Overall, you'll get what all Starbucks provides here. No better no worse.

Coming to this place always brings off comforting vibes and I find it really welcoming and pleasing. The workers here are really kind and helpful with our orders and they're super understanding if there is an honest mistake with the order. The drinks are really nice and I'm really glad I got my order here a whole lot faster than the other Starbucks. The place also has free Wi-Fi and some limited seats. My buddies and I loved this place so much as we got our drinks a lot faster!

This review is for SAMANTHA! I accidentally mobile ordered to this store and once I realized MY mistake I went to the orange circle to pick it up and completely missed it. I was running late to work so I couldn't pick it up. I called the store to let them know and spoke to Samantha and she let me pick up my order later in the day. When I called the store to let them know I was there, she told me where to park my car and she personally brought my drink out to me! Excellent customer service!
We came in for a caffeine boost after brunch nearby. I really liked the ambiance of this Starbucks store. It's unique and cozy. I got the apple crisp oat milk macchiato, hubby got his usual black iced coffee. The drinks came out fast enough and it was a bit crowded on a Saturday afternoon. Of course I got another new coffee cup with points. The staff was friendly and pleasant. I really liked our experience at this location, we will come in whenever we are in old town Orange!

I asked for a refill of water, the girl that was delivering the drinks took my bottle and left it out of my reach just to make me wait 10 minutes for her to finish some take away orders. A refill of water takes 30 seconds, if you don’t want to refill water on the hottest days of the summer at least don’t take my bottle and make me wait for nothing. Left without water and late for work, that was rude and completely out of place. Do not recommend at all to go to this place.

I like the old town look of the exterior.
My go to spot for a relaxed Saturday afternoon drinking a Chocolate cream cold brew and doing some drawing. Friendly staff.
