Worst experience ever! I asked for a small coffee with cream and sugar in the drive-through when given my coffee, it was overflowing and spilled all over my clothes.

Nice Starbucks but I refuse to go to a coffee shop where they pour me a cup of expensive coffee and have a prompt for $1 or 3 or whatever. Didn’t realize this store had those prompts. First/last time.

Used to be my regular starbucks.1) They OFTEN close their dine-in for WHO KNOWS WHAT REASON. Ordered mobile several times to drive up, see “closed dine” papers on the doors, just to get back in my car to go through drive thru. WHY make mobile orders if I have to stay in my car AND wait in the drive thru line anyway?????????2) I get my drink but in decaf- usually hate doing that here because for some reason this place makes my drink taste like dirty water.3) Don’t go to this starbucks unless youre ready to wait in a long-wait drive thru line.

Paid almost 7$ for a venti and got this. What a joke . I ordered two coffees and one of them felt lighter than the other . Sure enough I opened the lid and not even close to being full.

Their drive thru is always slow. Legit take 10 minutes on each car. I just wanted to get one drink and was stuck here for half an hour. omg.

Before writing this I read other reviews and there's similar things going on. This location had the WORST customer service and very inconsistent drinks. I ordered a venti coffee with 3 packs of honey and cream. Yes I know it's an annoying drink to have to deal with the packets of honey, but I'm not the one that took away all the condiments from the condiment bar. I watch this woman put homey from the syrup pump of which is NOT what I ordered and I don't like how it taste. The barista hands me my drink and I ask her about the honey. She answers with "I used the syrup, is that not cool? ", I ask if she would remake the drink and she said she would but that I would have to put in the honey as she didn't have time to do it. She rinses out the cup, fills it with coffee and basically throws 3 packets of honey down in front of me. These people are rude and don't care about giving good service.

I hate writing bad reviews, honestly. But what do you do if you see a train wreck? (Hint: warn the person behind you). Worst Starbucks ever. 35 minute wait in the drive through for 2 drinks.... Will never go there again.

Been living in Orange at the same place for about 15 years now. After all these years I am truly convinced this one of the WORST Starbucks locations. There is absolutely no customer service at all. They take no less than 30 mins in the drive thru- it's a DRIVE THRU for a reason. And on top of that they're rude and snobby. Don't get a job that requires you to deal with people
