This place sure needs a refresh on staff.The young welcoming girl should stay. I just stop by, and the atmosphere and appearance of the restaurant is dull. There's a guy standing by the wall next to the registers with a tired and boring look. He obviously doesn't want to be there. It made me feel not interested. He sure looks like he's been there longer than the young girl.. And he should use his time cleaning mopping or organizing (just keeping himself busy) ..... if no manager is at that moment just make sure you leave plenty of tasks for the crew that stays!

Among all the other Subways, this one is the best. Friendly staff, big space, perfect location and, what’s the most important, very clean inside.

Stopped in early morning to get breakfast sandwiches to go. Service was outstanding. Very helpful and quick.Food was typical Subway, so no complaint there. I was surprised that Subway doesn't have Swiss Cheese or ketchup.

The employee who helped me honestly looked miserable, she had a horrible attitude making my sandwich which is a shame because I wanted a combo but I did not even get it due to how awkward she made me feel. The parking is difficult. The only pro is the inside is clean & appears like a nice atmosphere until you're being helped. The sandwich was extremely salty, the bacon was raw & hard pieces interrupted several bites of the sandwich that I didn't even eat because it wasn't that great and I'm guessing the hard pieces from the avocado when she put it on. Although I asked for it toasted, I could still taste the cheese raw. Wish I could get my money back smh I will never I'm back here or recommend this location to anyone. Hopefully I am not sick later.

Service was horrible! The cashier / sandwich maker Karina was being so unwelcoming. It felt like a bother just to talk in there, my family and I ate and in the upper level of the eating area and after we finished my kids and I left leaving my wife behind to put more Ice in her cup, Karina says to her co-worker "Ugh finally they are gone" little did she know my wife was standing behind the soda machine. Definitely never going back

Employees and manager are rude to customers. Employees do not follow health and safety guidelines.To avoid possibly getting sick, I would spend your money somewhere else.

Poor service and management.The place is dirty and the employees will not change their gloves before making your sandwich. Avoid this place if you value your health.

Employees at this location are disinterested and not helpful.At times they're outright contemptuous.Avoid this location if you can, ownership should consider revamping whatever system they have for vetting new hires or training their staff.The last thing anyone needs when ordering a sandwich is some unhappy sandwich artist passive aggressively preparing food as slow as possible like it's going to prove something/make their day better.Embarrassing.

Premier subway next to Chapman!Pros: great subway cafe with extra large seating area.This subway has a cafe as well with coffee and pastry! The iced coffee is reasonably priced at $2.50. The have an interactive fountain. Big fan of this subway. The salad build your own option is great for subway chains.Cons: non worth noting other than the limited wrap options now as they eliminated a few of the variety wraps.Novelty: great space and ambiance for this location.

This location stole $19 dollars from me and won't give it back. I ordered food online, they accepted the order, but didn't have the bread or meat to make the sandwich. They refused to give me a refund.

New Review: What could I say about this particular Subway that made me to downgrade the review to 1 star? I'll tell you right now. I used the subway app to order a blackforest ham sub, with an added coupon that didn't expire until 3/27/22. As I'm writing this review the date is currently 3/4/22 for some clarification. When I ordered the sub, I added the coupon to the order and I specifically noted on the order that "For the free sub coupon attached, please just make it the same as the order.", and then I proceeded to order it. After about 15 minuets my order was complete, and I went to go pick up the sub. Once I went there, I met with one of the employees and he stated that the coupon was not applicable. I explained that I added it in when I ordered it using the "FREESUB" code directed on the coupon, but I guess Subway can't honor their own offers! What's the point in advertising saying that you could use the code when you can't? I do believe that the subway workers could've contacted me as my phone number was listed on the order to clarify the issue, but I guess they couldn't do that since customer service is very "valued" in most Subways I see today.Maybe next time I'll give this location another chance; but for now, I don't really recommend this establishment in my viewpoint.Previous Review: Clean Subway, good service. Only problem that I had here was that the restroom had no toilet paper.
