Juan did not even ask if i wanted my sandwich toasted or not. He just threw my sandwich into the oven without asking if I want it toasted or not. Managers need to review his actions and terminate him. Very unprofessional.

Stupid. They lost my mobile order and then said they won't honor any discounts even though they saw that the mobile order was paid for and credit card charged. Two girls, pea sized brain, no solution. I ended up filing a dispute.

I would suggest not ordering over a food app. They made my chicken wrap and they did not add everything inside I asked for and added way way way to much sauce(Sriracha/chipotle) that completely ruined the wrap. And forgot my chips. So maybe go in otherwise you’ll waist your money.

I literally had the worst experience here.. placed an online order through the app, it charged me 3 times and when i went to pick it up and they accused me of not placing the order or placing it at wrong location and trying to scam them... I showed them address and order and the charges and the owner starts screaming at me. I definitely know I raised my voice back but I was infuriated at this point. Almost 45 minutes went by and the owner is telling me to pay a 4th time or he's not making the sandwiches. So my coworker paid cash then they tried to not honor the coupon that the app offers and tried making us pay full price (Almost $40 for 3 sandwhiches when the coupon was buy 2 get 1 free)... the owner kept telling me it was my fault and that we never placed it and then blamed their internet for going down (I understand things happen but it wasn't my fault) On top of it all, all 3 sandwiches were made wrong even though she wrote down the order and 2 of us got food poisoning... I will NEVER go back to this place after the way we were treated today. Avoid this place at all costs...
