The guys working there are friendly and pay attention to what they are doing. I like that the place looks new and modern. A little dirty but not a big deal. Food is as expected they just need new soda options.

I've come to this location before on different occasions and always had a good experience. Today I came in at about 7:19 pm and there was a gentleman made two of my 3 sandwiches. The third sandwich was made by a shorter lady. There was meat that wasn't refrigerated that was going to be used. I looked over, and she was wiping some sort of sauce of the meat and was going to put it on my sandwich! The napkin let me mind you was sitting on the counter in the corner. Not even from a napkin dispenser. Um, NO! Why would an employee think that is ok to do? Take old meat and wipe off sauce and put it on someone's sandwich. When we told her we wanted fresh meat, she got irritated and threw the old meat out! The gentleman who made my other two looked at her and shook his head in disbelief of what he and I just witnessed! I hope this isn't what Subway has come to. I enjoy Subway, but this made me question their standards for food safety! If you happen to visit this location, please be extra vigilant when they make your sandwiches and if you see something say something!

What the point of being open 24 when your food not ready. You have to wait for the meatballs to be hot this the second time in two weeks

Went there at around 1:30 AM. It was shift change so it was cash only, which is understandable, no biggie. Service was very good, even inbetween shift change, which we all know service usually lacks everywhere , gas stations, food places, police, etc. But if it was fine. Food was good. No complaints. Good job!!

Guy is refusing to open. Just keep pointing to a sign that says back in ten min when he’s mopping the floors. It says open 24 hours not closed for cleaning

Love how this place accepts EBT and food has been great. My only concern is the lettuce. It looks like it’s not fresh and is brown and I would like for the restaurant to have fresh lettuce for my sandwich. I haven’t been adding lettuce in my sandwich and I would love for that to be fixed. Other than that, I love this place ?.

Whoever is working today 07/14/22 @ approximately 1:30pm, your customer service is horrible. They made a mistake on my order and blamed me for it saying that I should "pay attention". Instead of arguing with the employees, I simply refused the sandwich that was made incorrectly. I didn't argue, cuss out, or yell at these workers. I just said that I didn't want the incorrectly made sandwich. That's all that I said. And they said that they didn't want to waste food. So the guy told me to "look at the sign right there" and it's a right to refuse service to anyone sign. So I got kicked out for refusing a sandwich lol your workers are trash. They're so miserable working there. Never ever dealt with a situation like this. Aren't we paying for a service that should be made correctly? Why would I pay for food I didn't want.

Jessica working nights is the rudest subway employee I have ever met. So much unnecessary hostility as soon as I walked in the door. Very unhappy that I came in as she was mopping the floor. Tried to not step in any wet areas as to not give her extra work. She griped that they were not toasting anything tonight and I told her that was no problem at all as I don't like my sandwich toasted. She did not wash her hands after mopping but did put on gloves before preparing my sandwich. While this practice might be overlooked by a customer, this is a health code violation. She threw together the sloppiest sandwich I have ever seen (cheese slices layered in one spot instead of spread out throughout the sandwich, less ham slices than normal, mayo and mustard only on half the sandwich) She ignored most of what I said (intentionally?) so I would have to repeat my order multiple times. Got snappy when I asked about soup. Tried asking her about what time do they normally turn off the toaster and she kept giving vague unrelated answers. Gave her a tip anyways in hopes that it might help improve her mood/day. It had no effect bcuz after tipping, our asked for a water cup, which she refused to give me. I bought a sandwich, a medium drink, and some cookies. I just wanted a water cup for my dog in the car and didn't think it would be an issue bcuz water is free plus I was a paying customer. But apparently Jessica is running her own program over here and lacks very basic customer service skills. If your in a bad mood or you don't like your job, I don't think that is a valid reason to take it out on other people or treat customers badly. Someone should re-train her on how to assemble a sandwich, let her know that in between cleaning and food handling she needs to wash her hands to prevent cross contamination, and maybe just you've her a hug or something so she's not so salty 24/7? The only upside to this place is that it is open 24/7. (Only time it closes is when Jessica feels like locking the door and putting a sign up with some illegitimate reason for "closing")

Tried to go there around 11 pm on June 1st 2022. Was told that it's cash only after 10pm. Kind of weird that it's cash only at that time of night. What a waste of time
