I went here today and got a chicken plate and a shrimp plate. My chicken plate came out cold so I told the cashier that my chicken plate was cold and she told me no it's hot as she touched it with her finger they did make me a new one, but the rice that they gave me it was about to spoiled. It was in clumps and had a smell to it. I use to come here and before the quality of food was excellent. Now, not only that they raise the price, but the quality of food has deteriorated.

Went to this place with a friend for a quick lunch in between shopping and loved the place. The Chicken Teriyaki and fried rice we ordered were very good, the meat was very tender and flavorful. The place has just about 4-5 small tables, small yet clean, and in the heart of the shopping center. A perfect fast-food to visit if you're craving for good rice and meat dishes.

The place is clean, but the service I got from the cashier named Anthony ( He worked on Jan. 27 between 5-5:40pm) is terrible, he either needs to be re trained or hired someone else that will be more customer service oriented. He also needs to be re trained in how food is handle.I wished I could have had the California Roll the employee mentioned aboved prepared, but I did not wanted to get sick. So I will review the food platters which we ate that were prepared by the other coworker. The platters were really good. I ordered the Shrimp platter, and it had plenty of shrimp. It was well balanced and cooked through.

The chicken is terrible! I do not recommend this place. I couldn’t finish this food, I don’t even trust if it’s chicken. It was full of fat. Very bad food.

The first time I dined here, the salmon rolls had runny salmon inside? But since the shrimp teriyaki was yummy I got some again the second time. I may eventually try other dishes served here. The second time I dined here, a worker who knows some ASL was the one to take my order. I always order by typing out my order on my iPad and showing it but this man knowing some ASL helps a lot ?

This place is an insult to Japanese food. Please remove "Japan" from the name, and change your name to Sucky Hana. Their chicken teriyaki tasted horrible. My son and I felt sick afterward. Their table was dirty and had leftover food on it. Their plastic utensils tray had syrup or sauce dripped on the spoons/forks. If you have "Japan" in your name, you should at least offer chopsticks. This place is a joke. The only thing I recommend here is their bottled water.

Thoroughly enjoyed my food, the chicken is cooked well and is marinated without being overly sauced. Very nice people from the greeter to the cashier to the cooks. Place was clean, food was clean and ironically sits right next to Panda… I’ll eat here instead of panda after watching them cook. Suki Hana keeps the food fresh and tasting yummy!

It's much better than fast food Chinese. But basic chicken and beef and shrimp teriyaki and also they have sushi rolls with full 8 slices all under 10 bucks. This place is in the mall walking area outside. Teriyaki lunch bowl good amount for 8.99

Came in all the place only had a party of three dining and they have full staff and the all the tables were dirty. The staffs behind the counter was friendly but seemed like he is not familiar with the items that they have on the menu. He had to asked if the meal that I ordered came with a rice or is it sold separately. The store should train their staff on maintaining the store clean and to be knowledgeable of their menu. The presentation of my sushi was great and also tasted great. However the combination that I ordered wasn’t that good.

I dont know if this place is new, the staff were nice but it seemed like they needed more training. We ordered the chicken and veggies teriyaki plate. Chicken was ok, and the only veggies I got were cabbage. I also ordered 3 chicken eggrolls, the one I got was cold in the middle. And the crunchy sushi roll, well... by far the worst and smallest sushi I've ever had. No crunch what so ever. For size reference, that is a 1oz container next to the sushi roll. Wait time for the chicken plate was about 5-10 min, for the sushi I lost track, but I'd say 25-30 min and it wasn't that busy. Their hot sauce was actually pretty good, I give that 5 stars. Will definitely NOT be coming back.
