Fries always cold food always cold ...this is the worst I've ever been too never go there even starving I worked there love it but there's no passion in San Marcos and managers need to be laid off...I'll take the job ...haven't been there in 8months doubt it changed though...I worked there recommend Escondido location wayyy

This is the best location so far - we go out of our way to hit this location. There's a guy that works the drive thru in the evenings who always has a big smile and positive attitude - very courteous. They NEVER mess up our order and that is pretty amazing for Taco Bell. This location and the employees are the benchmark for what consumers should expect from Taco Bell.

Went across the street by my community college before and after class and had two incidents of food poisoning at this establishment. The employees don't even look what they're doing while putting the food together.

Love Taco Bell and eat it every so often. Never been to this location but the staff was nice and food tastes the same as everywhere else I'd been... or so I thought. Around 5 hours later, this gave me horrible stomach problems and food poisoning. Never had this happen with eating Taco Bell before so not sure if it was just me or this location. Probably will take a break on Taco Bell for a little while now.

Don't waste your time, literally. Took me 17 minutes to get my food in the drive thru. It wasn't even crowded. There was one car in front of me. The workers are just incompetent. I ordered a simple value box. No customization or anything. I literally sat at the window after paying for at least 10 minutes watching them run around doing a bunch of stuff but not getting me my food. Taco Bell isn't even cheap any more. The only reason to go is because there is no other fast food nearby but you might as well drive somewhere else since it'll take them more time to give you food than it'll take for you to drive somewhere.
