This boba shop is one of the best in all of Orange! Prices are fairly priced and it's a calm ambience. My rating for it being a 3 is because they advertise to close at 10pm and when I came in at 9:50 they refused any service whatsoever. I understand it was near closing time, but at this rate you might as well just advertise your closing at 9:40pm instead of 10pm to save my time. Another reason for the 3 stars is because if your here to sit down or study, the workers will turn up the air conditioning to make it colder to have you leave faster, so please if you plan to study or hangout at this place just go home or somewhere, where you can sit without the air conditioning being on full blast in your face.

I come here quite often since I work nearby. I've tried their Thai milk tea, Princess Peach, Peach for the Stars, Peach Lychee, Brown Sugar Milk Tea, and Oolong Milk tea. all of these drinks are AMAZING and their thai tea is so deliciousService is really good and the ambiance is so cute. i love the decor

A nice little tea lounge! There are a few tables inside for seating area which is nice since so many tea shops these days are targeted for pick up and no seating area. They had a nice list of teas and drinks on their menu and some special drinks posted around the area. I tried the Rose Milk Tea with boba and pudding. It sounded really good on a hot day. The tea was good but just about industry standard, in my opinion the tea was slightly watery and the flavor of the rose was not really there much. But the pudding and boba they used were really good. Nice chewy tapioca and the pudding had a nice firmness and flavor to it. I'd still come to get a tea if I'm in the area, maybe a different milk tea next time.

We stopped in for a Mother's Day treat. I asked for several modifications to my drink and the employee made it just the way I asked for it, (which doesn't happen very often at other places). Flavors were good. Boba was fresh and chewy. Place was nice and clean. Employee was pleasant and attentive.

I got the taro boba, and it was just sugar and color. I had two sips of it and felt bloated. I got the artificial flavor taste in my mouth, horrible experience.

The girl didn't seem very enthusiastic - took my order, made my drink but didn't do anything extra (not even a smile).I initially came in to have some food, but when asked, was told they didn't sell any, so I was disappointed.I ordered a classic milk tea with boba and it tastes as it should, with the boba super soft and chewy.

Just picked up some boba with my son and I was pleasantly surprised with how delicious the boba is!! Warm and chewy, exactly the way boba is supposed to be! I ordered the Okinawa with 50% sugar and my son ordered the Oreo Crumble Slushy.
