I love Togos. I worked at one for years so I can attest to the freshness and monthly the tests to ensure cleanliness and accuracy. That said, this location. I went during the rains week. I am disabled and tried to open the door. Locked. I tried the other two. None of them opened. I literally watched the worked look at me and not do anything. The store was empty. I called to ask if they were open and got the sassiest attitude. I promise I am very polite because I know what if feels like on the other side. I was so sad to leave but what could I do?

My sandwich was great. Customer service was great. One thing: The store had an extremely strong chemical cleaner smell. The smell was so strong, it stuck to everything. The bag that my sandwich was in smelled like cleaner. The napkins smelled like cleaner. Every time I wiped my face/hands, it smelled like cleaner. This did not make for the most positive eating experience. I'd suggest using more natural cleaners in the store so it does not affect the deliciousness of the food.

OMG! Service was going great until ... the lady making my sandwich decided to multitask. While in the middle of making my sandwich she decided to assist the Grub hub or Door Dash guy. In a matter of seconds, she ran over to him, grabbed a receipt from off the counter, grabbed a bag near the register, checked the paper stamped to the bag, and handed him the bag. ALL WHILE STILL WEARING THE GLOVES SHE PUT ON TO MAKE MY SANDWICH. When she was finished with him, she walked back over to finish making my sandwich. I waited to make eye contact with her and when I did, I turned and walked out the door. Never again.

I was wanting a cold tuna sandwich, so I stopped at TOGO'S. There was only 1 other customer inside and I could see 4 employees but only 1 young guy was behind the counter. He approached me and I told him #20 on parmesan. He said something back but I couldn't hear because he was wearing a mask. I said I'm sorry can you repeat, he said something again but all I hear is mumble mumble. I ask again excuse me, what did you say. He then repeats louder & I finally hear mustard or mayo. I said, yes both please. The. I tell him sorry, I couldn't hear you, because you are talking very quiet. I then say do it Togo way. He seemed a bit upset, probably because his older 3 other co workers were not helping. After he finished & I paid he then told me to enjoy & have a nice day. I said thank you, he then Had to go help the other customer, since his coworkers were not helping. Then walks in about 6 people then another 4....finally his coworkers begin to help. Why would these older coworkers allow a younger coworker to get a bit stressed out, to me it's all about customer service & team work. Everyone should jump into a position and get the customers in and out quickly.

Maybe I'm nit picking, but heres my experience.Ordered a large pastrami dip. Was charged for a large pastrami dip. Received a small. See picture.Did not want mayo, received mayo. The point of sale equipment tries to force you into tipping. The soda machine resets before the bubbles settle in the soda so you have to keep reselecting which soda you want. A guy that ordered the exact same thing behind me, received his before me. Maybe they just dont like the way I look or something but I won't go back ever.

It was nice place. I've never been to a Togos before. I've seen them around before they closed down in my area. So this was an experience. Once that will forever have me going to other sandwich spots. My sandwich was boring bland and very uninspiring. I wish I would have gotten my money back. But this was a learning experience for me. Mom and Pop sandwich shops are usually my go to. But since this was convenient I'll just pay for inconvenience.

I have been ordering through DoorDash because of my oldest and I’m here to tell the whole world that Togo‘s sandwiches are the very very best! I ordered The Italian sandwich and the tuna and there is not one sandwich shop anywhere that makes sandwiches as good as Togo’s. this particular store is fantastic they wrap them beautifully for Delivery they’re perfect They are just awesome. I will never order another sandwich from anywhere else period!!!

Togos make great sandwiches. This spot is pretty good and clean as well. I always go for the Turkey sandwiches. And I hardly go for the large sub. I think the regular size sub fills me up pretty good.

Food was absolutely delicious, I mean jaw dropping delicious. Back story: in 2006 I got sick at a different location from the egg salad sandwich and haven't been back since. But today I decided I would give them another chance. And although they don't make my favorite sandwich anymore,there were so many options. I'll admit I was disappointed at how much smaller the sandwich was in comparison to subway. But I was so amazed at how delicious the sandwich tastes!!! Also surprisingly I was full with only 1/2 of my sandwich!!!! I felt like they needed more staff, and the lady who was helping me was also making online orders or something of that nature. It was frustrating asking my questions about the different sandwiches and her responses were minimal. I do understand why. So not necessarily her fault. But frustrating nonetheless on my end. Other then that. The place was clean, organized. I'll say it again absolutely delicious!!!! They just need more help in there. Maybe a dedicated person for online orders, that would be a good idea. ?

The owner I am assuming is the worst at making the sandwiches and ringing up. So slow and done done well. He slows everyone down. If you have been to this location you will know exactly who i am talking about. Rest of the staff is great but got stuck last 2 times with him
