I highly recommend this hidden gem here in orange county. The fish and the quality is top notch. Super reasonable. The waitress and owner was very polite and their so welcoming. I had to order the sushi about 2_3 times. It that good. The ramen is very fresh and so yummy. We are recommending this spot to all our clients friends and family. Great aesthetic and very clean place. Free sake with your order. I really enjoyed my time.

This is a sushi restaurant very close to my house. I often visit this place with my friends. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is nice, and the staff are very friendly, making me feel better every time I go.

I've ordered to go at this place several times and the rolls were all decent tasting. I also enjoyed the free coke upon yelp check in. However last time I decided to bring family here and actually sat down to eat. I wanted to do a yelp check in but it wasn't working on the yelp app. Then the story changes to they no longer have it because people were checking in too much and not ordering? Huh I never did that myself so was a little bummed. The manager saw my disappointment so he did offer to make it up with a free dish which was nice. He could have just given me a coke but went the extra mile so I appreciate that. We ordered a good amount of food for 4 people. All the rolls were tasty but be aware they only come in 4 pieces per order. I did order the Ramen and although we ate it all, I wouldn't order it again. Its just average tasting. All in all 4/5. Its close by so I would probably return.

My boyfriend and I found this place by chance, and every visit has been amazing! We're both big foodies and the fish here is absolutely amazing (i love the albacore; he likes the yellowtail). I highly recommend ordering the tori sashimi for a fun little dry ice show. The chefs are so kind and sweet. Service is good as well. A perfect place to have a nice dinner in a calm, nice environment!

Use to eat here often but they’ve slowly increased their prices and took away lunch specials I enjoyed. They also charge a take out fee so I have decided it’s not worth $17 for two sushi rolls. Friendly staff though. Not worth $20 though for basic rolls.
food : WOW everything is so solid !! there are a variety of rolls, but the yellowtail lover takes ittt + tori sashimi duhhh rolls: - yellowtail lover - sexy hawaiian - super star - sexi mexi - protein - rock n roll + tori sashimi service : everything comes out so quick! * which is surprising considering we ordered a lot :0 not to mention, there was always someone around asking if we needed more water :) ambiance : the ambiance inside here is kind of dark~ so i think it's perfect for sushi; it gives intimate LOL also does great for pictures as long as you turn your flash on ALSO lots of parking!!! p.s. you get a free appetizer every time you order alcohol

Would give a zero but have to give a one..... the sushi quality is the same as genki. Dont waste ur time on over priced sushi. Home girl didnt even put in my yelp check in drink! Would not recommend... vibes are off there.

Very poor service. I ordered a tempura udon and asked for tempura on the side, and said no shrimp due to allergies. They served the udon without the tempura, and when I finished the udon, I checked in with the server to see if the tempura would be out soon. She said "you're allergic to shrimp so we didn't make any tempura for you". I've had vegetable tempura at the restaurant before, so I thought they would substitute the shrimp with vegetable tempura, or at least let me know that they wouldn't be substituting it with anything! Very disappointed as I work in the same plaza and come here for lunch often, but unfortunately won't be returning.

Honestly, not sure about the high ratings on yelp. Service was friendly, timely and the ambience is typical fare--for an average sushi spot, more on effortless side than charming or intimate. The food is where I'm not impressed. Temperature was quite cold on some of the fish and had frozen parts that you had to bite into at the end. The plating and selection was fine, so I wonder if it is just the sourcing of the fish, which i think is most important for a sushi restaurant.. I will probably check out other spots in different neighborhoods unless you don't want to drive out. I wonder if they don't have good competition in Orange but I will be driving out to other parts of Orange County for sushi.
