Weinersnitzel has "the best chili dogs" hands down I've tried coney dogs, and others as well, but no body,I MEEN "NO BODY" CAN BEAT THE FLAVOR OF WIENERSCHNITZEL!!

The person in charge is the rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with. My family will never go to this location until she is gone and place is run with respectful management.

So I went with my daughter and my mom after my daughters practice. We went around 7:03 pm. We try to go in to sit, eat and enjoy the food warm and fresh but both doors are locked. The door says to ring the doorbell to enter. I ring it and knock and nobody comes to the door. Instead we are waved and gestured to just go through drive thru. Denise didn't even have the politeness or decency to come to the door and politely tell us. I let it slide. We go through drive thru. We order and Denise can't even bother to smile or look me in the eyes. I let it slide, AGAIN. I made sure to get my food first before asking if they can put signs up to let people know that the inside is closed because people like my mother and I are disabled and it would have helped if there was a sign. She just said "oh our dining closes at 6." I said "okay but your business hours don't say that up front, so can you make another sign that says that so disabled people like me don't go back and forth . . . " and she cuts me off and walks away. Then we try and tell her she's being a little rude by waving us off earlier and by walking away mid conversation and she says "okay bye" and walks away a second time. I have never complained for something like this before. But I will call Corporate today to let them know about the disrespect I received at this facility. I have gone to so many other locations and I have never been talked to like this before. I'm glad I wasn't missing anything because after the way she treated us I don't think I would have received the food I paid for. This was just a huge disappointment. I unfortunately have to put a star in order to post this review but after last night experience I would rate it 0 stars.

It is what it is. Everyone knows what to expect when coming to a place like Wienerschnitzel; you shouldn't expect any fine dining by any means. I crave their chili cheese fries on occasion so I'll stop by and it never disappoints (though this time the cheese wasn't even melted). I agree with another reviewer that prices are a bit drastic for what you're getting and I really wish they had more gluten-free options but again, it is what it is.

Stop by for a quick bite to eat had to get my favorite chili cheeseburger and a chili dog and I was good. Can't go wrong with those two.

Went here for my fist time , the person in register with the cap and all that hair didn't greet me never looked up. Never spoke a word and the other person that gave me my ice cream didn't speak to me, or do they not speak? Customer service please.
