They have this family special deal where you get 5 bone-in, 5 boneless, 2 chicken tenders, fries and garlic noodles. I ordered online for pick up. Says it was going to be 20 minutes. I get there and they can’t find my order. They told me it’ll be 10 minutes. Waited an hour. Seems like everyone else there was having the same experience where everything was taking longer than what was said. When I get home, the bone-in wings were trash. Soggy and just swimming in buffalo sauce. Boneless wings where good, the chicken tenders was all breading no meat. We didn’t get our fries.I dunno if they were having a bad day but man it was pretty bad. I’d rather go to wing stop down the way from now on. Sucks cause I love giving new businesses a chance but I’m never going back. If my wife asks for wings next time, I’ll just give her a loaf of bread with franks red hot cause it’s basically the same thing she’ll get when we come back here.

Best wings in town. Better than Wing Stop. This place is better than Buffalo Wild Wings.We got original buffalo, spicy Korean, and Chipotle rub. All delicious.This place probably has the best fries in town too.

First time trying this please, and the food was delicious. I was craving some good wings and this place did a great job! I tried the traditional buffalo and spicy Korean and both were really yummy. Not too spicy and still crispy!

Just visited this evening and I was excited, I ordered online and picked up. I was way too early for my pickup so I had to wait which was fine since this was a first visit and I wanted fresh hot food to give a fair review.The place is very nicely put together it looked very clean in the dining area. I was able to check it out good since I was waiting.Called me up grabbed my food and left for home. (five minutes away)Smelled great in the car on the way home and I was excited to eat. Immediately as I opened my box the smell of butter was so intense I was surprised. I took my first bite and sure enough it was a mouthful of butter and mild tender flavor. The thing is the hot seasoning is really really good but the butter is just overwhelming. Maybe some people like that, I definitely discovered I do not because I don’t believe I’ve ever tasted butter in any chicken. It was edible but I was disappointed. The sauce helped but it was just too buttery for my liking.On to the fries. They were just basic fries this is my biggest complaint. The fries tasted like the oil had not been changed for the entire day it almost had a “piss” smell to it. They may have been old fries that were put back into the grease to heat up. They were bad, very bad. We also had onion rings and they were nothing out of the ordinary.

Visited Wing Ferno after buying a Groupon for $25 worth of food. Wow, so impressed with the amount of flavor they can pack into their chicken! Perfectly crispy despite having the sauce over the wings-- we got two orders of the boneless wings which was pretty good for the both of us. The spice levels are listed on their menu, which is pretty accurate. I usually like a mild spice so the sweet Thai chili was excellent. The spicy Korean was a little too spicy for me, but I still enjoyed a couple bites with lots of water lol The onion rings and fries came out hot and fresh, also recommend with their vast options of dipping sauces!

Creamy garlic parmesan I like! 6 wings or boneless is plenty. Not necessary to pay for extra sauce. But, smokey taste of chicken and/or breading and fries did not taste good to me. Easy parking, fast service, diet pepsi with cherry.

The best place for wings and excellent customer service! We always feel welcome here and the staff are friendly and helpful! We love all their flavors but our favorites are lemon pepper, salt and pepper and naked wings.

wing ferno is SO GOOD. pros: -there is plenty of parking in this shopping center. -their chicken wing flavors are tasty. not particularly special compared to other wing places, but done very well. flavors are: honey mustard, garlic parm, lemon pepper, lousiana rub, salt & pepper, chipotle rub, jamaican j**** original buffalo, honey sriracha, sweet thai chili, spicy korean, mango habanero, walking dead, wing ferno, nashville mild, nashville medium, nashville spicy. my favorites are the jamaican j*** and sweet thai chili but oh, so spicy. -one thing i /really/ appreciate about this small restaurant is the quality of their carrots and celery sides. you won't find sad veggies here! -their garlic noodles are the best i've ever had. and i order garlic noodles whenever i see them on a menu. AND i make them at home. but this place is still better than that. my picky kid can put away a whole order by herself. -they regularly run deals or combo specials! -they have a coke free soda machine. you know, the one where you can add your own flavors and stuff. cons: i can't even think of any! maybe that i got hungry while writing this! between my (ex)boyfriend and my family, i've tried almost everything on the menu. definitely get the diva sauce, garlic noodles, and any variation of their fries.
My go to spot for spicy chicken. The spice level is on the higher side so I recommend getting a spice level lower than your regular heat level. Price are good.

We had a Groupon & decided to check this place out on our way to Disneyland. They were a little busy at lunchtime but nothing too bad. As first timers we weren't sure just how hot to go on the spiciness. I can usually handle a medium level on most things, and my boys can handle medium-hot or hot. At first we ordered 1 medium & 2 spicy sandwiches....but thank goodness we asked the very friendly lady taking our order. After a helpful discussion, we decided to change it to 1 mild & 2 medium instead. The sandwiches were delicious! The size of the chicken....huge! It had a wonderful flavor and was very moist & tender. The level of spice was as expected based on our previous discussion. The medium would have been too spicy for me. Wish they had a mild/medium lol. The boys were happy with their mediums, but said they might've been able to handle the hot - but they were glad they were able to taste their food & not have the spice level interfere. The buns, sauce, and slaw were all great as well - overall a really solid Nashville hot chicken sandwich! We will be back to try some wings & loaded fries next time!

I highly recommend their Louisiana Rub, Salt and Pepper, and Lemon Pepper flavors if you're looking for something milder. These are my favorites and every time I got them here they did not disappoint. There are also lots of ways to earn loyalty points and do their promos. Seating is plenty as well so it's very enjoyable to sit down and dine here for a while.
