Yogurtland is my favorite frozen yogurt shop. The only one I will go to. I love the fruit toppings and the caramel and chocolate sauces.

Husband and I each got some frozen yogurt tonight. Once we got home, my husband tried his (peanut butter cocoa) and said it tasted absolutely foul. I tried a bite and had to spit it out immediately. Not only did it taste foul, it smelled like very sour milk. I took it back to the store and asked for a refund. The employee helping me was very nice and processed the refund. Another employee was laughing and pretending she was just "coughing"....However, I am extremely perturbed that nothing was said about checking that flavor in the back or trying it themselves to make sure they don't continue to serve SPOILED frozen yogurt.I would highly encourage the manager of this store to go over food safety with their employees and just plain old common sense.I am pretty confident they did nothing about the SPOILED one and continued serving that flavor.Very disappointing.

There are always a great variety of flavors. You can sample the flavors and there is a pretty big variety of toppings.

Great choices for the yogurt. The topping options have fresh fruit that looked delicious plus all the sweets you can imagine. Parking is not an issue and they have indoor and outdoor sitting available. I have to watch my sugar so I take it easy.

Have a gift card that keeps getting denied even though the balance is still very high when you go onto their website to confirm there's still plenty of money on it. No manager on-site, won't help me get it resolved and this store told me, "it's not their problem" and to call corporate. Asked to talk to a manager to get it resolved as this was our 3rd time it was denied in this store and they would not put me in contact with a store manager or the franchise owner. Pretty bad customer service coupled with no supervision to help a customer that is just trying to use a valid gift card that they already received the money for.

YogurtlandVillageAtOrange: This store was disgusting! The outside patio looked like it had never been washed down. There was not hot fudge and when I asked, the cashier was rude. There wasn't any water either. We decided to sit inside the store to eat our yogurt and it smelled like dirty feet! I looked at the floors and they also looked like they hadn't been mopped for some time. I will go back to my Brea location, it is heaven compared to this! Will not go back!

My kids love the product ,we come twice a month .is been few months the store needs attention to cleanliness, especially the entrance, floors and patio.Product and service is okay. Hopefully someone do something about.

I was there today and so dirty inside floor and the outside area it wasn't clean for maybe a long time , why it's so hard to keep it clean ? Just get a mop and a pressure washer for outside and the customer can enjoy te eat the yoghurt outside very sad in America you see that everywhere including Starbucks places to

The worker there, Abigail A treated me so nicely! I don't really speak well and she talked to me in Spanish and told me recommendations. Her willingness to help me really made my day. She is super nice and deserved a raise!

We came here a little after noon, just after they opened on a weekday. Usually I'm an ice cream person and not much of a frozen yogurt person but on this day I was overruled. The young woman working here was very cordial and happy, the sort of person who makes you smile just being around them. The outdoor tables were sparkling clean as was everything inside. All the flavors were available. I put two in a cup: espresso and chocolate-peanut butter. The fruit toppings all looked fresh and plentiful but I went with some of the sweet toppings. I'm one of those people who you think just got a little frozen yogurt to go with the toppings. After paying (very reasonable) we ate outside. Mine was good but - this is my complaint about every Yogurtland - the flavors of the yogurt are much too weak. For me the toppings are what provide any flavor. Anyway, it was still a cold, refreshing treat on a hot day.
