They have always got my order right and the food is what I expect from them. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Actually this location has the best staff of any fast food place I go to.
This place just seems to get worse. Had to repeat my order 3 times. Asked?? Please make sure my fries are hot??? Of course, I told him my last two orders of fries were cold. Had to ask for KETCHUP!! NO NAPKINS!! THIS, wasn't a busy time. They need to go up, not down. Don't know what they are doing, use to be pretty good. Not enough help?? Someone who can take a order???

Customer ahead of me that went through the drive thru asked to talk to the manager. But there was no one on site. Strange! The floor behind the counter was filled with trash. The young man who waited on us was quite nice and resolved the customer problem.
