I was able to get a last-minute, same day reservation for my birthday dinner. I brought my 7 year old daughter with me. We both loved our entres, but the real treat was the princess cake for dessert. An absolute hidden gem. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Awesome! A sumptuous treat in a quiet retreat. I've read about this place for years. We finally decided to treat ourselves and some friends and try this out. It's a bit of a drive, but still very worth it. Loads of parking and greeted by the proprietor and chef. You have to make reservations as this is a very small and intimate setting. It is bright, clean and very lovely inside but the food! The food is spectacular. We had. BRAISED DUCK RISOTTO, ANDOUILLE SAUSAGE , MEDITERRANEAN LAMB STEW WITH COUSCOUS, and LAMB SHANK. I'm sorry I didn't take pictures of the beautifully presented meals, but they were works of art and the flavors were sublime. Everything was delicious. We splurged and had four desserts! I've attached pictures of those. Once again, the presentation was over the top and the flavors for marvelous. If you have a special occasion, or you want to treat somebody , this is definitely the place to go. I know of no other place in the area with the atmosphere and attention to perfection that will match Cafe Collage.

This 5 star restaurant may seem out of place in the middle of nowhere but it is real and amazing - it is even worth the drive from Yuba City! The menu changes each week based on what is locally available. The head chef/ owner always makes sure to greet you and make you feel at home. The bread and home made hummus you get at the start of the meal is delicious - so delicious it's hard to stop eating. But make sure to save room for desert! My boyfriend and I always make sure to take our parents here when they visit and now it is one of their favorite things about visiting us.

This place is the perfect little Get away if you want amazing quality food with the scenic views of Norcal.. This little gem nestled in the woods is what you want.! The food is eclectic and upscale... I promise you won't be disappointed... I've come back twice now and I see myself coming back again in the future... This by far is one of the best places in the county.! The service is a tent on the professionalism, and the food is even better...

There were not many options from the Airbnb we stayed and was getting late, so we decided to come here. The food was delicious. Most if their menu contained dairy, so the choice was quite limited for me. None of their desserts were dairy free (and we ere too full anyway). If you are vegan or dairy free like me, this place will probably not for you.
I have dined on food from Cafe Collage about 10 times, either in the restaurant, or take-out, as we live nearby. The food has always been remarkable. Recently 10 of us got together and dined in the new, 12-seat, location. Salim and staff were friendly, and considerate, and everyone said that their meals were delicious. Between the 10 of us, 8 separate entries were ordered. A nice wine list, great appetizers, and spectacular desserts, made for a memorable evening. Everyone in our group agreed we need to come again soon. Thank you Cafe Collage!

If this restaurant is not close to your destination or even your route... go anyway! Salim and staff are so incredibly attentive to every level of detail here, and so gracious and considerate. The food was absolutely amazing. For such a intimate space, the selection was robust... starters, 12-14 mains and 5 desserts for maybe 25 seats? Wow. And the cooking was superb. Moussaka that melted in our mouth, flavorful tenderloin cooked perfectly down to the second, creme brulee that was so smooth it melted in your mouth - nothing was short of delightful. Salim is a masterful artist blending different cultures and cuisines. This is an experience not to be missed!

Hands down best restaurant on this side of the foothills. Such a unique little spot. The food is so mouth watering delicious. And I always sit by the coolest people! Its kinda got an old school sushi bar vibe, in terms of chit chatting with neighboring tables. The chef is so friendly and personable. The food leaves you thinking about what you want to try the next visit!
