they did my order wrong and when we took it back they made us pay for another order because the girl that did the wrong order wasn’t there to vouch for it so they didn’t fix my order and made us pay for another one and the new one they made us they poured hella salt that you can’t even eat it. I felt that they did this on purpose because there’s so way they be that dumb to follow easy instructions it was literally rice, beans ,meat and corn in bowl. just frustrating and waste of money.

I paid over $12 for 5" steak burrito. I am shocked. When I took the bite, I could taste tortilla than anything else because it is a big tortilla wrap. It is 12" I am very disappointed. I can make a better burrito for $12. The only reason I went there was that I was hungry from doing a lot of errands. When I am hungry, I see Chipotle or a local Mexican restaurant. I will pick local Mexican in heartbeat. I would get more food out for $12.

The guy was super rude and he couldn't hear me because he was listening to music on a AirPod also I asked for a tiny bit of mild salsa and he dumped a whole lot of hot salsa on my bowl and finally I asked for extra chicken on the top and right after I said that he barely put any chicken on the bottom

I ordered a chicken burrito and for a second time I found a piece of hair in my food and got disgusted. I will not recommend this Chipotle in Oroville so I guess you have to go to Chico instead.

We love some Chipotle. We don’t have it where we live so we may have to camp outside the doors to take advantage. I had the Carne Asada burrito bowl and it was great. Employees were pleasant and efficient. Restaurant was clean. Right next to Hwy 70 so good place to take a break from a road
