What I have experienced both times at this restaurant is the portions. I would say 80% of my meal is vegetable. hardly any noodle or rice or meat. way too much money for big chunks of onions and peppers I wot be going back.

Was just in my local Panda Express an hour ago , purchased some food and went to the soda machine area where the utensils and napkins are . Water all over the area and all they have are Beware of wet floor . I went to get a fork, napkins , turned around and DOWN I went on my right knee, foot and arm. There were 4 people that witnessed it all ,2 regular customers and 2 employees. 1 employee took my meal and rebagged my order , the other returned to her own meal . Absolutely NO EXCUSE for leaving the water on the floor like that , you're lucky I didn't break anything or I would be visiting my lawyer tomorrow . I'll do driveup next time .

Drive thru. Probably the 5th time over a year part of order was missing. Of course don't discover this until home. Needs to do better. Going back to Tong Fong Lows.

One person ordering 5 different meals when I walked in. 3 staff members making plates. 2 for drive thru 1 for walk ins. Waited for ten minutes without any acknowledgement. Watched the walk in server struggle with an indecisive customer ordering the 5 meals and the 2 drive thru servers whip out meal after meal. I could have gotten my food and been gone had I went through the drive thru. I finally walked out and will never be back.

If you’re traveling through Oroville and want Chinese. Go somewhere else. I will preface this by saying that their posted close time is 9:30 pm and I walked in around 8:15. There was one person in front of me, no one else ahead or behind. The lady seemed nice and had a simple enough order. But for some reason, it took multiple people to help her with her simple order. And it took a bit longer than it probably should have. There were (as far as I could see) four people behind the counter and not a single person acknowledged my presence while I waited. Not a ‘hi,’ ‘hello,’ ‘we’ll be right with you…’ nothing. In fact, it felt like they actively avoided saying anything to me.I know it’s a Panda Express. I know the menu. I knew what I wanted. But the experience made me feel unseen and unimportant. Not very welcoming at all.1 star, but only cause I can’t give it 0Would not recommend if you plan on going inside to order.

Parking: Parking is complicated, because there is another restaurant on one side and sometimes customers from the other place park in the restaurant's spaces.

Went in with my husband and daughter we all 3 got the bigger plates. The staff was extremely rude and rushed us through extremely fast. They got irritated when asked the prices of pot stickers because there was no price listed. They put the wrong sides in the little red boxes they put the 3rd entree in. The orange was completely unedible it was super soggy and had a gross flavor. The sesame chicken seemed like it had been sitting under the warmer for hours it was like popcorn texture. They scrapped the chowmein container of what they had left and dispersed it between the 3 of us and it tasted horrible. The pot stickers were extremely dry and burnt black on half. To top it off there's nothing they would do to fix it because the girl who rang us up didn't give us a receipt so we are stuck with 50$ worth of food that is trash and is obviously old and had been sitting under the warmer for several hours and bottom of the pan whatever was left stuck to them. Literally 3 bigger plates we took a couple bites of everything and couldn't eat anymore. Within 15 minutes we all had upsetstomach and bad cramps

I have never expected the food to be great. It has not failed in that regard. While I can forgive forgetting sauces on items, and even not having items while ordering, Today my experience was that after being told to wait in the parking lot for my order I had to enter the store 20 minutes later. I was not loud or rude, but when asked for a copy of my receipt and a refund I was denied, and then had to debate with an employee that I was actually parked outside. I have worked in the service industry many years and understand how bad things can go. However, I have never had to tell someone that if they want their money back they have to come back some other time, and also refused to grant a copy of their paid receipt. Members of this team need retraining, and a responsible manager for oversight.Parking: The parking is shared with Starbucks and can be difficult to find open parking during operating hours.

Decent food. Messed up my order but fixed it right away. A little wait but not too bad. The food is way better than I expected after reading this stores reviews. Will return

When Panda Express opened in Oroville we were very pleased. Previously we had driven 50 miles round trip to the Chico Panda Express. Now, some time has passed and the quality of the food at our Oroville Panda has steadily gone down hill. The rice (both white and brown) is almost always dried out. The fried rice is your big sellar so it's mostly fresh. Your chicken dishes are only so, so. You've stopped using fresh Teriyaki sauce (warm) on your dish. Terrible idea! We've stopped going to Panda Express except on certain occasions. Oroville is a small community. BUT, we have five Asian food places in town. To bad the other ones don't have a drive through. It's probably the only reason you've managed to keep this one open.
