When I placed my order they put me on hand was Uber 5 minutes before they got back 20 minutes later the screen said my order was on its way 10 minutes later no order When they did come to my vehicle it was the wrong order I request a REFUND..

We parked. In a spot, and waited and waited, and waited. Finally after watching so many others drive thru the window drive thru and leave , I chose to drive to the drive thru and get in line, and order food. There was a lot on menu to choose from except once we got our food, $40 for one adult, two children!! The food was mushy, and at best, super messy and tasted much like frozen food , not fresh whatsoever.Shane. The grandkids were so excited to go to Sonic ..bummer. waste of slot of money !!

I mean it's sonic, it's never bad. Sometimes hot dogs can be weirdly soggy, The chicken tenders are too small and not worth it. But otherwise a good place with good prices. Also cherry limeade here is amazing. I recommend the corn dogs, really good at a low
Next time I will definitely ask for lite ketchup and mustard and onions oh so many onions

Love my sonic ice. Their Lemonade is very good. The app is an option i use regularly but it has had issues off and on. So far, still no option to buy bags of Ice on app but you can buy cups of it on there. Busy off and on...it has taken longer to get online order when I go now which was an original plus to using the

if i could give 0 stars, i would. My friends and i drive 30 minutes to get food from sonic just to get blocked in the parking lot by a worker. We didn’t know the that the parking lot was closed and as we were about to order on the screen a worker came out and told us that the parking lot was closed. She told one of the other workers that she was going to take this other customers order but not ours. Instead of letting us leave the parking lot she decided to block the exit with her car, leaving us with little to no space to leave ( i was able to leave the parking lot by getting on the curb). My friends and I were not rude / did not say anything to the worker that would upset her. All we did was apologize for parking there / there wasn’t a reason for her to block us from the exits / for her to be rude towards us. This happened on DECEMBER 12,2023 around 8:30-9 pm

Drove from home to pick up my mobile order and came straight back home just to have to leave back out and get this remade . At this point I’ve wasted my time and money for this . It’s a chilli dog like how hard is it to make a basic chili dog and this is what I get . What a shame .

We don’t go to Sonic often but the drinks and the deals don’t disappoint. We happen to see a marquee deal of $1.99 for a foot long coney dog. They are great hot and every once in a while. We also enjoy the route 44 drinks and shakes. Service was fast and responsive.
