Earlier today we came by this place to get a chicken parmigiana, mozzarella marinara, and two slices of pepperoni. When I was ordering the chicken parmigiana and mozzarella marinara for my girlfriend I'm assuming they misheard the order and punched the order for chicken parmigiana twice and the cashier that helped us didn't confirm the order when we were done paying. Though when we got the order, we were given two parmigianas instead of one. So when we went back up to ask for a refund, they gave us an attitude and didn't appreciate the fact that there was a miscommunication on mostly their end since they didn't confirm the order for us to correct what their mistake was before we paid. And tried to push the blame onto us when it was a mistake on their end for not confirming our order. It doesn't help when their receipt paper doesn't really show what we ordered either. Their food service is slow, customer service is terrible. Not coming back here again after this negative experience.

This location has the worst customer service, that's the 2nd time this month I come to this location, that young man is not being polite, he knows I'm at the counter but he was doing something and ignores me, he's rude af, he just gives me an attitude, that's the most disgusting behavior I have ever seen, never buy any soft drinks from there, why? Because they must have shaken it up before they put it in the fridge, when I opened my sprite it got splattered everywhere in my brand new car, I rather have Little Caesars or Pizza Hut than that place, I'm never stepping my foot in that place again EVER!

The best lunch deal in town! Best service . Owner is kind , considerate and provides fantastic customer service ! Today he didn't have change for two $5 bills and he was going to accept $5 , less than the under $6 cost for 2 slices of pizza , salad and drink lunch combo . He said not to worry next time I can pay. How Very generous! However, I dug into my car for change to pay him in full! Been coming here for a long time . Love their pizza! Amount .

This is quite simply the best value pizza, pasta & sandwich restaurant in the area. They have wonderful food and specials that are incredible values. For example; $4.99 lunch (2 slices, salad & soft drink). But their menu prices are great also. Staff works hard, timely on orders, great spaghetti and meatballs & other pasta dishes. Their dinner salad is the best! Give them a try if haven't or it's been a while since you've been there.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian menu items as well as gluten free crust options. They'll make it as you request if possible.Kid-friendliness: They can watch their pizza being made. They've got a few coin operated machines if you want to get rid of some change.Parking: Generally has open spots the door.

I love this place and the owner or manager hes a very kind man but today I went in and the BOY at the register was very RUDE complaining I had a big order and making rude comments I really dont understand y ppl get upset when this is YOUR JOB not my fault u hate it get a better one.

Been coming here since a I was little with my family and never thought to try the spaghetti 10:10 the flavor is all there delicious noodles the sauce was not to thick and not watery of a sauce it was perfect and the flavor of the meatballs the way it mixes is amazing. The bread was the icing on top very soft and crisp. delicious Would Recommend

Ordered the spaghetti and meatball, almost left without a fork and napkins because it wasn't included in the pickup bag.The meal itself was very bland couldn't really eat it all.Honestly compared to Olive Garden taste wise Olive Garden wins. I'll go there next time.
