Everything was great until it was time to pay.I was sitting on the bar and my bill came out to be around $27 dollars but I needed change so I gave a $100 bill.I don't count my exchange back in the restaurant because other restaurants are accurate in giving the exact change back. He had a hard time finding change and finally he came back with it. I left a tip and I didn't think anything of it until I got home and saw that I was missing $50.

The pizzas were good, the chicken sandwich made my girlfriend sick and the old fashioned I ordered was awful. The bathroom were absolutely disgusting it looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I don’t go here often anymore and I definitely won’t be going back of it was up to me.

I just went last Sunday, Feb '24, the service was good, the food was wonderful, but the housekeeping was terrible, but doesn't reflect the franchise quality, the blinds were dirty and you could see dead flies on the window seal ( at least they were dead) by the hostess station, there was trash on the floor and floor was sticky, I didn't check the bathroom because I was afraid to get grossed out.The place used to be great, lately it has been neglected.

Had dinner with my family on Saturday, found a hair in my moms dinner, let the staff know, manager said he would take care of it for us and take it off our bill, they still tried to charge for a remake, ended up bringing us a new plate at no charge instead after multiple times of speaking with the manager funny thing is that the “remade” plate didn’t have the hair on the steak, it had it on the mashed potatoes just like the original plate she was served. Cochinos. We frequently eat at BJS. not after this definitely not returning and removing from our recommendations

Stopped by for takeout and needed to use the restroom to change my baby. Had to wait quite some time for the only stall with the changing table. (I could hear the person watching videos on their phone so I knew it would be awhile.) an employee walked out of the stall, what really grossed me out is that the employee put her apron back on while still in the stall.. absolutely disgusting that the apron was brought into the restroom, let alone that it was handled pre hand wash. I hope she’s not one of the servers that carries around straws in her apron. The thought of it really grossed me out and had me questioning the cleanliness of the entire place. I’d also recommend letting staff know that if they’re gonna sit on their phones in the bathroom, please don’t use the only stall with a changing table.
Horrible service, if my aging mother wasn't extremely hungry we would have left. saw other patrons leave in anger, and servers talking trash about them:/ asked the hosts for my servicer he said " ya ya"... My first and LAST time at a BJ'
I enjoy BJ's restaurants, dining often at several locations, The food is the best, and the service is always very good. There are so many dishes and appetizers that I like.

Went there for lunch on Sunday. Having read previous reviews, I wasn't sure what we were gonna get. However ....Excellent service and great food. Looking forward to going back. PS The sushi is too salty.

Service was amazing waiter was immediately assuring what we were ordering and as good and giving recommendations and familiar with the menu which is always good. Food and drinks were good. Although I ordered the casamigos skinny margarita 3 of them and well none of the drinks have prices which is concerning and 3 margaritas I should have i don't know felt some affects of alcohol since I don't drink much and felt barely anything and after a crazy day week I was trying to relax and when I got the bill holy crap $13.25 each margarita that's insane probably because it's casamigos but that ruined it for me. 3 beers 3 margaritas 1 steak meal an appetizer a kids pizza and side of fries was about $150 definitely the drinks made it outrageous next time I'll be sure to ask the prices and you should too so you're not surprised at how much expensive the bill turns out.
