Food is good but when it comes to going during Happy Hour… good luck trying to flag down a server. You’re better off just using DoorDash and waiting 45 mins because the food will get to you faster.
Been here a few times and every time they take forever to sit us down and serve us and they don't even bother to ask if we want refills, one time they didn't even gave us trays or napkins, Ive seen the workers just talking in the corner alot, worst buffalo wild wings that I have ever been to for sure by far, I know the right thing is to tip but not worth it with this service I get better service at McDonald's

I was at the one in Oxnard on Monday night and I was getting ready to close my tab I asked for a cup of water and the bar attendant was in a deep conversation with an employee visitor so when he got around it he poured a coup of water with a fly in it, I was so grossed out that I couldn't drink even the fresh coup of water he give me.

It seems like every time I dine here, there's something wrong. This time, I was dining with my 4 grandchildren and 4 adults. It was busy, however there was only one waitress. So, this meant everything was SLOW. The wrong foods were taken to our table, I had to ask for silverware SEVERAL times, and to make matters worse, my granddaughter fell off the bench. You would think a staff member would come over to see if she was ok...that did not happen. They just kept walking by. When it was time to get our ticket to pay for our meal, we had to wait another 30 minutes to get the ticket ( I actually walked to the register and requested it). Walked back to my table and had to wait again for 20 minutes. So, I walked back to the counter for the staff member to tell me I had to wait for my waitress. I'm pretty sure I won't be dining here again. And since I paid for everyone's meal at our table, it was a horrible experience for me.

I live in sfv, I was there visiting my brother and decided to get there. But definitely I was so impressed of how fresh, tender and juice meaning with a good amount of sources covering the wings were. Definitely the best wings I had at any of the bww location. I tried Hollywood, Sherman oaks, and Burbank many times but compared to you guys their quality is a 1

This was the second time we tried this location. Worst service and food ever. Waited 15 min to be seated, and we had to ask someone where we could sit. There were only 3 tables full at 4:30pm, so they were not busy. Waited 25 min before going to the back and asking if anyone was working so they could take our order.The manager was sitting down with 3 other employees at a near by booth at the time, and not once did he acknowledge us. Even after this clown show, he never came out to apologize. All the staff was in the back hanging out when I went back there to try and get someone to take our order. Never coming back here again!

Very very busy, game night, didn't expect a greeting. Found a table with friends who arrived earlier. The online ordering went pretty smoothly. It's a little messy and the app doesn't ask you the questions like a server would. So I got some sweet, unappealing dressing. The app checkout process though, not great, first attempt - tech difficulties, second - order is paid for, third (next day) we had an open ticket and paid it automatically with 18% gratuity (gutsy considering my experience) reconsider that Buffalo. Service was as good as can considering the noise and busyness. 3 stars because of the app getting in the way. Cheeseburger was fine. Wings were good, good variety of styles and sauces at the table. Honestly, because of the difference the cauliflower were standout. The salad was a sham, not a keeper and was supposed to replace fries so I believe I was up sold on that.Vegetarian options: Cautiously optimisticDietary restrictions: Probably pretty limited some neat creative options even with cauliflower and coatingsParking: Busy night, long walkKid-friendliness: Not greatWheelchair accessibility: Level entry, wide doors, unpowered doors
