I always come to this Burger King since it’s really close from where I live and the service is great, foods always fresh made and Johana always greets me with a smile and a nice attitude, will be coming here again thank you.

I realize it is hard to hire, let alone retain personnel, but this hiring of people who are rude, do not want to be there and have no work ethic is getting out of hand. This place is dirty, staff are lazy and inattentive and food is bland and not appealing at all. It would be nice if corporate responds to all the complaints!

I ordered the BOGO Double Chicken Sandwich, with a side of onion rings. Also added soft serve vanilla ice cream cup and 2 chocolate chip cookies. All delicious. Food was warm. Happy I stopped here for a late lunch. Wait time longer than usual. Price was right on the mobile app.

Tried to order in the drive thru, lady on speaker was hard to understand between mic quality and heavy accent. Every item she gave me a total and tried to stop me from ordering more. Horrible service, long wait for four items, missing one and food was cold. Surprised this location is still open.

I do not know who manages the night stuff, but after 30 p.m. they shut down the kitchen and keep the lights on and if you come through the drive-through or try to get service, they will not service you they will not answer they hide in the back or in the bathroom. We witnessed this tonight for the third time we saw a staff member scurrying to the bathroom. I recorded a video but I do not feel comfortable posting it because my fiancé is in view. They do not close until midnight, so they keep lights on but will not answer the drive up window. It is stealing company time and I will be sending in a formal complaint of their corporate office. I'm this economy I am sure their are many people willing to replace the night crew staff.
Came in for a quick meal and found mold around my marinara sauce. Definitely discussing. I didn't eat it anymore and didn't come back to let the manager know as I assumed they wouldn't really care. The girl that helped me out though was friendly.

This is our go-to drive thru place. It’s so close to home and it never disappoints. It’s fast food, we don’t have high expectations lol but every time the fries are soooo good and the nuggies and chicken sandwiches. We can’t help but get a couple ice cream cones when we go too and some cookies. The workers always give us really tall ice cream cones and they’re always very polite.
Ordered SpiderMan Whopper.Didn't get SpiderMan Whopper. Ordered through the app which said it was available but when I got the order the whopper had a regular bun.

I ordered a kids meal, that's it. And I get home and it has only fries. Their phone number doesn't work, I had to drive all the way back and ask them for the burger. They did acknowledge they forgot it

Stopped in to get a iced mocha and use the restroom and both the women's and the men's restrooms are closed for "out of service "I don't believe them
