Not sure what the point of mobile through is when they close the lane 2 hours early but they let you waste your time ordering mobile on the app. So you get to the restaurant expecting to skip the line as you already placed your order but you still have to wait in the regular line. If you close the mobile through line then you need to turn off the option on the app! Don't waste peoples time!

Drive thru was fast and efficient. There is no indoor seating at this location. The employees standing outside in the rain were pleasant and professional. This was only my 2nd time at a Chick-fil-A. Didn't care for the 1st experienceNow I would go back.

I went to the newest one near the Collection. It just opened and they are amazing. My lunch was free and when I drove up to pick up my stuff, the lovely young lady was humming a beautiful tune, checked with me to make sure everything was good.Chick-fil-A just does it right.Thank you
Waited for a long time at the drive thru window.I ordered a salad and a drink. They hardly acknowledged me, w when I asked why it took so long she said they were out of nuggets at the moment and had to cook more? They took like 5 or 6 orders out to the cars waiting behind me. I go to chick filet regularly. Never had service line that.She didn’t even offer any apology or much at all. Finally handed me my food. It was about 15 mins to get my salad with 2 cars in front of me.All locations I have been to are super fast and extremely friendly. For some reason not here

NEWLY BUILT CHICKEN-FIL-A ON VENTURA ROAD AND NEXT TO THE COLLECT OUTLET IN OXNARD CA. THIS NEW CHICKEN-FIL-A IS STRICKLY A DRIVE THRU AND WALK UP ORDER WINDOWS WITH NICE LARGE COVERED PATIO OUTSIDE TO EAT. THERE IS NO INSIDE DINING AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. VERY NICE PLACE.

Walk up ordering and the person taking our order clearly didn't want to be working there. Not the typical Chick-fil-A attitude or service. Food was delicious as usual.
Good food , okay service , HORRIBLE location . There's no inside seating , the 2 way traffic for the drive thru clogs up the lines and makes it confusing for customers to either leave or stay , the parking is bad , and to even get to the location - if you miss your turn , you have to go all the way around . This was NOT the place to put this , really bad location smh Unless you're ordering early and going through the mobile drive thru - have patience if you want to eat here

L Chick-fil-A 3 times I've gotten my order wrong, I got a gift card for one but that is still very un ethical, I give up on choosing this location because their is always something wrong, weather it's no sauces or the wrong order you guys never get it right, soooooo lame it's crazy idk if it's the manager or the employees or what's going on but you guys need a WHOLE NEW ROSTER asap. Chick fila on rose is the go to !

Brand new store open next to the collections. I like the way they separate the drive thru online pick up and just drive thru. For now i will give three stars since i have not walk inside the store. So far service outside were outstanding. As soon as i get a chance to go inside i will edit my review.
Service was very polite and friendly what’s expected from Chic fil A. Brand new location near my home. Only outside eating or drive through. We order breakfast for the first time ever and I must admit it was really good. Sausage biscuit (w/no egg was fresh and tasty. I’m a huge salsa fan and use it on everything. Salsa wasn’t what I expected so I gave 4 stars instead of of 5. Get some good salsa and it would be 5 stars all the way!
