I picked up a pizza from this location and was really happy with it. Ordered on the app with no issues. The pizza was made quickly and was one of the better pizzas I've had from Dominos. I'd go back for sure.

Customer service sucks here they called 4 time to say that there’s no apartment number the driver said the manager canceled the order so I look back on the app and there is an apartment number and I’d have to pay again gladly but now I’d have to wait another 20 to 30mins for cold pizza at this point I’ll still with

Totally unprofessional, I placed my order at 7:31 PM when they close at 8pm (Christmas Day) they decided to cancel my order because they were overwhelmed with orders per the Supervisor. The manager did not have decency to call me and let me know. 50 minutes passes by and no pizza delivered when I call in is when I'm notified. Call Center has to transfer me over to branch because they do not know why it was canceled. When I called, of course, I am upset and then Ben decides to hang up on me. Yes I might have thrown an F bomb because I was very upset that I have kids that are starving and whining. Where is the food? And he lied to me about the reason my order was canceled 1st reason I was given on Why they canceled order was because they close at 7:30? When I questioned that Online it says 7:59pm. Ben said that per supervisor all orders after 7:30 were canceled and Sally should have called me. The call center should not be taking orders after a certain time and risk customers to get the orders canceled.

This review is primarily for the ordering experience I had with domino's at this location. For some reason, online ordering was unavailable at this location and I had to call their number. It was the most painful conversation i've ever tried to have with an individual. The worker that picked up the call, seemed to be from an answering service, could not complete a sentence and appeared to not know what she was talking about. She was very confused and was unable to process an order for me over the phone. I gave up and hung up. If you need to call this location, I suggest you look elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.Yikes Dominoes, you all need a more competent employee (or answering service) answering calls.

Came here once after placed an order over the iPhone. By the time I got there. It was ready and great. Taste was just how I like it. Customer service was great and fast. I'm not a fan of chain places but this is a good place and location. Thank you for the great service

Been having positive experiences so far. On time. Pizza was delicious. Drivers are friendly and polite. One box was a little damp but that's to be expected with the amount of veggies on an exxtravaganza.

Ordered delivery, got a bbq chicken pizza and a brookie thing. Arrived in a timely manner. Delivery guy was super nice and friendly, cracking a joke, everything was great. Pizza was solid too. The problem was the Brookie was supppppper dry. The edges were cracked and hard too. Felt like I got someone's old brookie they hadn't picked up or cancelled and had been sitting around all day.I'll still order pizza from these guys but probably won't bother with anything else.
The pizza was a visual disappointment but it did taste ok.

Wow, thought I'd send a quick shout out. So happy I ordered Dominos tonight. It was awesome! I usually do order Toppers but found out Dominos has white sauce and couldn't wait to try it. It was better than Toppers and the wings - delicious.

Dominos on Vinyard in Oxnard 93036 The best and yummy pizza. I've tried many Domino's in my life time but they are the best. Tried other pizza places but always go back to them. If you want a great pizza their team makes the best. Now if we can just get them to make cauliflower crust and pizza bowls.
