it's always a good experience at this location. never had a problem there. the only complain is that they don't have the salsas out for the clients to get. you have to ask.
They didn't tell us all the sauces they had for our chips then they didn't even put the chips in our order bag. Hubby ask for 2 chicken breast in his 2 peace meal. He got 1 breast and 1 chicken wing ( he was pissed)Went through the drive - thru and didn't know till we got home. Wasn't driving all the way back ?

I gave it 2 star ratings chicken was ok look like it was setting for while, mack & cheese look more like smash potatoes .
I went to the El Pollo Loco location on Saviers Road, Oxnard and I bought their 8 piece family meal to go.When I got home I was shocked and dismayed to see all 8 pieces of chicken was burnt and too dry to eat. The meal was supposed to have 4 legs and 4 thighs but I got 5 legs and 3 thighs. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the meal I received at this El Pollo location

Well when I came to the door, I was greeted by no one, and I noticed the young lady that works behind the counter. On the way to the restroom gave me this weird ugly unwelcoming look, but being who I am I love this restaurant.. this place needs to be investigated. The food administration should come and check everybody out. Everyone should have food handlers cards I never had a dark tostada but I'm I'm going to eat it because I'm hungry and plus I it's too far I noticed it was very salty then the last times I have bought it before. they don't want to serve me I don't know but it's weird I think the cook the guy is up to something suspicious activity going on.
