This was our go to date night spot. We went tonight and were so disappointed to find out it is under new management. Food is completely different. They removed a few things from the menu and their jap chae, our old favorite, was a completely different recipe. Not good at all. Sad, we loved this place. We won’t be going back.Service was great though! It’s not the servers fault the food changed

It is so bad to have dinner here. Although there are lots of table empty, you still need to wait very long time since only one staff is cleaning. They raise the price but make you waiting longer for the “wrong”food. We get the sauces after we ask for sauces four times and already finished half of the meal. Furthermore, the different staff gives us different combination of sauces. One of the combinations is (salt, empty, empty), lmao. Finally, we still don’t have the corn cheese we ordered because the staff like to talk together with Spanish toward the kitchen. So messy management here. Rubbish dinner experience forever!!!

i visit the area probably once a month and this was my "go to" kbbq. found out its under new management and it is complete trash. i always order a beef belly and KFC and was surprised with disappointment, asked for 4 servings of beef belly and was gifted brisket.... when brought up to our server they said they were out of beef belly so just gave us this instead without telling us. i wouldn't have mind but the brisket here has been dry and trash and now was even worse. ordered the KFC and wow just wow how trash it is. before the chicken was hand battered and fried and you can tell it was but now it is some cheap precooked "popcorn chicken" in a fancy plate and some pointless aesthetic way of added sauce. yes they added more items to the menu and i feel they were able to do so by cutting the cost on the quality of the meat and preparation of food . do better will not be going here no more.

The price has risen a bit and the quality of the meat seems to have improved a lot, but the seasoned meat is still too salty.

Really had a pretty negative experience there this evening, none of which was related to the food. Food was excellent.Unfortunately, after being told that the wait was 45 minutes-- no problem, the place is popular-- we were texted in 10 and told that our table was ready. Well, we had stepped around the corner for a drink expecting a much longer wait. One of us quickly went neck to the restaurant and was told the only way to hold the table was for her to stay at the table...a table for 4 that they wanted to seat 5 of us at. Overall, just to many blunders. As stated previously, food was excellent and the staff worked hard to get the overall experience out of the whole. Unfortunately, the start of the evening just set an overall bad vibe.

I am so disappointed that they changed owners, this lead to a change in their food which was the best for me specifically the glass noodles, they taste completely different not in a good way. Very sad that I will never go there again.

We had an amazing time! Right from the beginning there was an amazing feel with the lighting and smiling faces. We had about a 10 min. expected wait time, which didn't exceed that. Service was quick and attentive, exceptional I'd say. Food was even better. 10/10

We know and love Korean BBQ. This place felt overly corporate and left much to be desired in terms of atmosphere. The food was ok and the bonchon wasn’t diverse but it was good. The salad was sad. We assumed standard sauces came with but discovered half way through we needed to special order these only after asking…despite the server knowing it was our first time at this chain. I wouldn’t go back. I’d rather find a place run by a Korean family.

A NEW EXPERIENCE! ?,Arriving at the restaurant we had a waiting time of 45 minutes. The great advantage is that they notify you by text message when your place is going to be available so it can give you time to visit the plaza when you arrive at the place when They serve you your buffet, I thought it was going to be more delicious, the meat is very tasteless, it has no flavor, I am very sensitive to smoke and the whole place is completely filled with smoke since there are so many tables ?, and since they are all completely lit It makes the parking lot fill with smoke regardless of whether there are breathing ducts. The costs are exaggeratedly high for what they offer ????, it was my first experience at a Korean barbecue but I wouldn't go to any again, not even in my country. .

Update 10/23/21: called to place pickup order and was told they no longer do pickup or takeout. Bummer...Update 3/19/21: Dine-in is now available, however no more lunch AYCE pricing, only dinner price all day now $25/person. Download their app and sign up to receive $5 off your next visit....Got in Fri afternoon, right before lunch service is over. Server was attentive, constantly checking on us and asking if everything was ok and if we needed to order more items. It was our first time so not really sure what to order, the grill doesn't cook as fast as we'd like so we ate the banchan and salad which are no no when you do AYCE cuz they fill you up!Next time, I'd definitely start with seafood (cooks faster on grill) and other cooked items so we don't get tempted eating the sides. The Korean fried chicken was superb - loved the crunchiness and sauce. The jap chae was very flavorful too. Beef bulgogi was good as well. Disappointed with the pork belly, Cajun chicken and Cajun shrimp, felt a little bland for my taste.Wish we have more space in tummy to try all items, we'll be back!Price is definitely on the higher end but they do have a lot of options and no attitudes from servers when you constantly order more items :DThere are fine prints on the menu: limit 2 hours. We were done, as in completely stuffed by the end of first hour. And there is a fine of $5 for unfinished / wasted food.
