I love the tacos and always will! Unfortunately the woman that took my order was more into talking to her boyfriend then she was in taking my order and really mess things up. Apparently not listening. That's okay I guess no one's perfect. But of course I'll be back again.

There was a dead posum by the trash and there there rats coming out of the storeAlso they gave me raw spicy chicken tenders and they where still cold from the middle
Great food and service, staff have been very kind. The area is a bit shady at night outside the restaurant, but overall a great jack in the box.

Honestly the worst jack in the box in Oxnard, the employees are slow, and they never get the orders right. It's my 3rd time going within two weeks. And they all talk back very rude when I go and let them know the orders are wrong. The employee that took my order and was beyond rude, the name on the receipt says Alondra. So make sure she don't take any orders cause she got many wrong while I was waiting for my order. Claiming she didn't hear them.

Horrible customer service. We ordered literally 1 minute ago. They couldn’t even get our order right. One of them couldn’t even speak English and the other workers had to speak for her. And that person was so rude to us having a bad attitude. I’m never coming back to this one and I’m telling everyone to avoid it. I’ll go find food somewhere else. There’s no need to argue with us and show such bad service. That’s some bull.
