I don't recommend this jersey mikes whatsoever. The place is dirty they're out of drinks they're out of cups. In the 20 minutes of waiting there was only three people in front of me they didn't have adequate help to build sandwiches. In the process of waiting one of the servers behind the station dropped one of the turkey loaves on the ground who knows where that's going when everybody leaves. The bread was hard and had to be days old, the lettuce in the bin was already turning brown and not crisp, machines and stainless inside of the building look to not ever been wiped down. Employees behind the counter seemed like they were doing me a favor. Take the drive to go to anywhere else but this one.

Exceptionally slow. Ordered online. 30 min wait. I showed up at 15 mins and let them know I was there. After seeing everyone in line get helped, I eventually got in line to put some priority on my order. They finally finished 3 mins late.

Today the 3rd of October. Ordered my order at 6pm, pre paid. Get there 20 minutes later to pick it up. Store was dead and they still haven’t started my order. Then the lady working tells me they are missing ingredients. No refund of course. I’m a believer of”you get what you pay for” but in the case of this Jersey mikes location, please avoid

They close 20 minutes before their schedule closing time. Employees stand there and tell everybody who comes in they are closed. Keep in mind the doors are not locked. Posting the correct closing times would be a good idea.

Poor customer service.. I've been waiting since Sept 11th for a refund and still haven't received it. I've called a dozen times and the manager is never there.

Friday afternoon got a hot steak and cheese sandwich. The meat was dry not fresh and the cheese tasted funny. I didnt even finish it because it tasted so bad. After that had food poisoning couldn't get off the toilet until this afternoon. P.S. I'll NEVER go back too any Jersey Mike Subs.

Had dinner at this store at 7:45 pm on 08/27/21 and the entire dining area is so dark not lit even a single light and they’re open until 9:00 pm. I can hardly see what I’m eating. Asked for the keys to the restroom and lady said it’s not open to the public. Told I am a customer and still she refused. I would never eat at this store again. Negative athmosphere and poor customer service!

I had an issue here a few weeks ago, where the staff turned off the grill 2 hours before closing and denied me my hot sub and didn’t even give me a refund, staff offered other things for free chips/drinks/cold sub all very shady obviously I didn’t accept anything as none of the employees were manager and doubt they had that liberty to give stuff for free. At the moment I was really frustrated but next day I was able to get in contact with a manager and they were able to somehow make it up to me, I’m still on the fence but I’m hopeful this jersey mikes won’t go shady as it did a few weeks ago, I would hate not to go to Jersey mikes for a bad experience that might be corrected now that management is aware of.

Last week I went in store to purchase a number 56 and the girl who was making my sandwich was very unsanitary. She was touching her hair as well as her visor with the same gloves she was making my sandwich with. She had black hair and was up in a high bun. I did not want to cause a scene because there was a long line and I had already purchased my sub. I threw it away and I will not be coming back to this location. Very disappointed.

I understand in was lunch time and you guys was busy but that's why I ordered online ahead of time. I there and still had to wait a half hour ridiculous and the customer service was horrible.

This place has gone downhill. They didn't contact me to let me know that they didn't have the ingredients to make my subs until I got there and then offered no apology.

Love Jersey Mike's. Unfortunately, there are some issues at this place that should be addressed. They bathroom is off limits and they do not provide any kind of hand washing while still serving food. This is a pretty serious issue that needs to be addressed as soon as possible. It's a contributing factor to the spread of illness and disease. Also, they store cooked bacon up by the fryer vent. That's not really appropriate as this is a place that allows for bacteria accumulation and growth.

This store was one of my favorites. As soon as the previous manager left this place turned sloppy. No body seems to know how to make a sandwich. Number 17 add green peppers and jalapeños. She added them cold. Usually a philly you cook everything with the meat.

I placed two orders here. One using their app the other Uber Eats because I had a gift card. The order using there app worked. The Uber Eats did not which they inform me because I have been waiting for 30 mins. They helped everybody in the store before talking to me again. When I walked I inform the employee I am still waiting for a sandwich. She asked for my name which I told her and she stated they were working on it. After I was the only one in the store the employee stated let me work on it for you now. She stated it was a number 8 correct I stated no I was waiting for a giant 56 and I've been waiting for over 30 mins now. Did not get I'm sorry. The employee when on asking where I order it I stated Uber Eats that is when the manager I believe finally spoke up. Stated they don't take orders from Uber Eats that they don't pay them. I was like Ok. I still need a sandwich. The manager when I saying "I will not make you a sandwich" "I will not make a uber eats order" I went on can I talk now. I understand I just cancel my order form Uber Eats and i still need a sandwich and inform her she was being very rude. She when on to state that I am the one being rude to her employees. I stated i have been waiting for over 30 mins. She stated she didn't know that. I'm all for defending your employees but it is not the customer fault if you don't get the whole story or your employees don't inform you the facts. I also asked for the number for the manager and she wrote down a a name on a guest check Heather Hearidin. She did give me a number but I won't post it since I don't believe it is a work number or office number. I believe it is a cell and don't even know if it truly a manager number. It could be the person I was speaking to number since the voicemail is not a professional one.
