I did an online order showed up they refused to make it and the restaurant was empty and as people are walking in they were making those versus mine that was already paid for just because of the time the online order made it out for so I showed up a few minutes early and I was the only one in the restaurant so they can't make it they're just standing there looking at me that makes no sense!! Staff completely ignored me even when asked about time frame of the order. Not too happy about the lack of service they pick and choose who to serve

This is the third time we have ordered via delivery with issues at the Victoria Ave location.The second time I didn't get pickles on my sandwich.The second time we didn't get out chips!Before we got the wrong sandwich all together.The person I spoke with this time, yes, I was pissed, said sending son to get chips and side of pickles. And I wanted a refund. She said yes. Then when my son got there they only gave him a receipt for refund of chips. Would not give him the general managers card or name.Love the food, just not the employees!

Ordered food online. Requested no mayo and seems like they added extra mayo on my giant. Also messed up and added vinegar to my other sandwich. Sent an email regarding the issue and got no feedback it’s been over a month. Extremely unprofessional on their end for failing to respond.

I like coming here only bad thing is, more often than not they forget to add bacon to your club sub on mobile orders :( The bacon is the best part and you have to pay extra.

I’ve ordered on the app twice for pick up, and both times I get there past the time it’s suppose to be ready, and my food isn’t ready. Why have the app then? Or option to order ahead? We use app to save time, and it seems pointless

...first off... where the heck does your line start because no one can tell... they always forget to add an ingredient, and soda machine is always broken, awkward spacing to wait for your food, takes too long also.

It's been a while since I had a Jersey Mike Philly Cheese Steak so I went to Jersey Mikes on Victoria. Only one in front of me so I knew I'd be in and out quickly. The individual who took my order had the personality of a plant, "What do you want?" and then walked off. Only to return and ask the question again. I had to ask her to repeat herself at least three times with my choices. As I waited for my order I observed this individual prepare a lot of sandwiches with speed and skill. Then why such a misery guts? Such an unhappy creature. But why drag Jersey Mike's down with you? The sandwich was excellent, as usual, but the lousy service took from it.
