Terrible service. Lunch time rush and there is only one person making sandwiches and one cashier both with no sense of urgency. Had to leave... out of time.

I got the beach club. Saddest sandwich I ever saw so it's supposed to have turkey on it and it did but....I think they sort of shredded half a measly piece of turkey to make it look like they put more. My husband and son had the same problem with theirs. It was ridiculous.

Bad experience. The guy taking the order was in a bad mood and had a major attitude from the beginning. We ordered 2 subs. No mayo and got mayo in our sandwiches. Usually they cut sandwiches in half these weren't. They told us they had ran out of tomatoes. How do you run out? Well the girl making the subs says we'll we didn't anticipate being this busy so we didn't cut enough but they have some in the back but it would take some time. (Mind you it wasn't even busy) So she made our subs without and told the other guy we were ok with that?! We were not. So we waited another 10 mins. They put our sandwiches on the counter and we had to ask for a bag and bag it ourselves. We got home and the subs had mayo and the bread was so hard. This was the worse experience. Also the guy at the register was Juan but the receipt said Makayla took my order.

8/26/2023 was first time in any jimmy johns ever and our experience wasn't the best. Worker looked like he was annoy to older gentleman working there. Telling him what to do sort of yelling but kind of raising voice. Telling him clean this and that. Not even saying can you please? Just because he is probably new and older dont have to be like that. Plus had earphones on. That's not professional coming from somebody that is taking lead/manager role

I totally love the #10 on whole wheat. In my humble opinion it's their best sandwich, you can't go wrong.

Food is what you would expect from a standard Jimmy Johns so nothing to say about that! But this location has rude staff plus very unpredictable with their hours? I was there at 7.20 PM Friday evening and it was closed? The gentleman inside did not even have the courtesy to put a closed sign? It was just locked from inside and no service and the gentleman inside kept going about his cleaning business as if its totally normal to just shut shop hours before time and no polite word to say that why they have closed early?

The store is understaffed, resulting in very slow service. The sandwiches are good, but if you're in a hurry you may want it try another place.
