If your store hours say 11pm you should honor it!!! 10:30 pm and no drive thru or dinning area open,consider the inconvenience when someone has in mind that closing hours are 11 and trying to make it and when you think you did its closed although business hours say otherwise

I just got directions to this one. Had to meet my lawyer in the parking lot. But I am usually down for some KFC. It's never disappointing. Wait no more BBQ??! Now it's disappointing.I only gave it 3 stars for Service and Atmosphere because my lawyer didn't have the stuff. He said it was illegal.?Parking: I had to pay....my lawyer.Kid-friendliness: Did't see any chil-ren.

I order a chicken sandwich and the they put two small tenders on the sandwich with very light sauce no pickles and very cold. Very poor

Horrible first got my order wrong,then had to drive all the way back to get correct it they asked for food back which iv never heard of since they supposed to throw away for sanitary reasons then they asked me to pay the difference of $2 then I get home and they didn't put my fries

Poor food quality everything was cold and it's not the Colonel Sanders, secret recipe any more it tasted off bland it was cold so no crunch to it and the coleslaw was not the same either bring back the wedge potatoes the new fries are horrible. We'll you have been warned so eat at your own risk.
Last night we purchased 12 piece nugget meal and shared them. We both ended up sick. Stomach pains, the runs and praying to the porcelain gods. Just saying.

A rude woman works there--she is clearly unhappy. Unfortunately, she was upset about me asking for a BBQ sauce packet. According to her, they must be purchased, which I find crazy. There was no need to be rude about it. Fortunately, I still got my sauce. She angrily grabbed the sauce and handed it to me. However, I do love my Famous Bowl. I would have enjoyed it a little more if I had been treated a little nicer.
