First time I came here I had horrible service and mediocre food and then decided to give it another shot so the 2nd time I ordered delivery and got the WORST food poisining from the chicken katsu this place is god awful and ever since my small intestine is screwed up and made me build a lactose intolerance because my stomach HAS NOT been the same since. IF I CAN LEAVE A NEGATIVE STAR REVIEW I WILL, THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH COMING TO TRY IF YOU LIKE NOT CRAPPING YOURSELF AND THROWING UP ALL DAY AND NIGHT AFTER EATING THIS

Although it's not the prettiest place on earth, the food and workers make it worth it!! The two ladies in the front were extremely nice. The food didn't take long to receive and was delicious. This is a place I would 100% recommend to everyone I know.

So I called 45 mins before close called 5 times no answer and phone was busy which means I wasn’t only one calling I drove the whole time I was calling in case it was just busy I arrived and was told by a younger women they are only serving fried shrimp and katsu that they turn the grill off 40 mins before close WHY ?? I’m still wondering as I got into my car upset the cooks were giving hand fives one cook is shown walking out in my picture that gave her a hand five to the girl for turning my order away if the owner sees this I would look into your management and find out why they are refusing money and customers while your establishment is open until 9pm it was extremely upsetting to see how happy they were to not serve me please I would like a response on this

I couldn't believe they did not have a kid's cheeseburger, but they did have a kid's BBQ chicken! Wow.The food was good. If I'm being picky, the BBQ short ribs had a char taste on the edges. I didn't expect the Loco Moco to be a beef patty, which was also charred. I have been to another Hawaiian restaurant where they use grounded beef instead of the patty, which I think is better suited with the gravy. If you're up for a risk, try the Loco Moco here!I would try this location again for a different plate. Hopefully, the more talented cook is working, so my food tastes better next time compared to this time.

I ordered the Hawaiian BBQ Beef and it was beyond salty and the macaroni tasted like straight black pepper. I've had L & L at other locations and it was wonderful, the food here however was nothing like the food at the other locations. Overall, I give this location 3 stars out of five.
Hawaiian Grinds without traveling to Hawaii. L&L brings the islands to the mainland. Lau Lau is my favorite.

This time I got Spam, Katsu and Mahi Mahi Musubi, it was poorly put together and the protein was really thin.I had it a few other times before and it was OK but never great.The burger is nothing to write home about specially at that price range: it's bland and on the small side with a very unimpressive patty.The BBQ is also subpar.Overall, it will fill you up but if you are looking for decent Hawaiian food, avoid this place.

I am a coach at a local high school and had L&L cater our Holiday Party. The experience was so easy and seamless. I had multiple questions about the catering process and they were able to answer all my questions and accommodate the menu to meet our teams needs. The day of pick up was amazing as well. The workers even helped loading the order to my car and made sure the food was safe and secure. The entire process took 5 minutes at the most. On top of all of that, the food was delicious and we had more than enough food for the entire team. Very easy, efficient and fantastic restaurant if you are looking to cater your next event. Thanks L&L!
