I ordered online came to pick up my order at 2:30 am and there was no one to attend Me no one answered the phone when I try to call the restaurant multiple times no one picked up I waited 20 minutes and nothing but I saw two employees which I’m sure they saw me, were sitting down in the lobby. So I gave it another try to see if they would attend me and nothing.

Asked for two PLAIN cheeseburgers and got pickles, ketchup, mustard, and onions. Normally I wouldn’t complain about that cuz 1 I’m hungry and 2 who rlly gaf when you’re hungry. But my mom who was supposed to get 1 cheeseburger cared a lot about the order so I went up to the counter and said they got my order wrong before they would let me speak the woman grabbed my receipt and said “I didn’t get you’re order wrong” with a rude face. She proceeded to ask her worker and she came up to me and backed up her up until I asked them to open the cheeseburger which I had laid in the counter.I prob should’ve worded it better but my mom ended up getting her plain cheeseburger! :). Overall customers are always right in some cases.

Worst place to go for breakfast in the morning for a lunch break don't go there on your lunch it is always so slow and they take so long on giving you the order went there for lunch and they took half in hour to give me my breakfast which was just a deluxe and a 2 sausage McMuffins when my order number was not even on the screen meaning my order was supposedly completed and took half hour to give it to me. They always take so long they need better customer service. It's always so dirty the doors the restrooms, the tables... Outside and inside the restaurant.

We went drive through. Complicated order, and all burgers were made as ordered. Fast service and burgers were not made sloppy. Love

My son got the spicy mccrispy and the quality was terrible. He had to take a bite and yank at the chicken to be able to tear the bite off. Chicken was rubbery. Old chicken probably just sitting under a heat
