I really like their sushi/food, but they need to update their website bad. A lot of their dishes don’t have descriptions or tell you the amount of pieces of sushi you get which would be very appreciated. Also would be cool to pay online instead of in-person just to prevent awkward situations of ordering food and not being able to pay for it. Overall good food, needs website overhaul

Went there probably over 5 yrs ago so not sure if it's fair to post. Changes could have been made,but when I went first and only time I ate there and while eating I saw a roach craw up the wall. Now my friend went there about 2 years back. She told me it's clean there, food was good, but they kept messing up her order, no special requests to it, didn't want to admit they were wrong, got Manger involved. He declined they were wrong even though they had proof of receipt, wanted to charge them for all the food even though they only took half because some of it was wrong. The manager was yelling at them for no reason as well, all the staff was unprofessional. But like I said, things change. Give it a try yourself. They may have turned the turned the place around.

Atmosphere of restaurant is cool. My server was not, she was rude and condescending. Furthermore looking back I should have noticed that they have what looks like kids working preparing the sushi. Which leads to my next point. Y'all gave me food poisoning. And I can say this definitevly because sushi from this place was the only thing I had eaten out of the ordinary (I had the Philly Roll yesterday). For my first time going there it was NOT worth it. The rolls were also poorly assembled, something else that should have thrown me off but didnt because I was hungry and had already paid. I will never be eating here again, and this place has ruined sushi for me for the foreseeable future.

12/2/23 5:00 PM. We recieved the most gross food ever no sauce for pot stickers or tempura shrimp / vegetables.The sushi roll were soggy not fresh and thrown in the take out box all coming apart.The endomi beans were a joke . I called to speak to the owner who is normally there. I spoke to one of the workers who answers the phone to talk about our order.She was sarcastic , and the manager could/ would not come to the phone to talk to me.The owner is normally there micro managing her servers.We were.told to bring it back to be replaced.. I told her. We are not returning with all the traffic.I called 3 times and they hung up on me and the manager would not come to the phone.Also the owner is not allowed to put a tip on the bill: unless the customer is notified prior to paying the bill.If i am not mistaken this is illegal to charge a tip without notifying the customer.We notified a server months ago about this tip charge and they Saud they have no control over what the owner dies.If it's on the bill the owner gets the tip; I think this is not correct.I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food has a Happy Place in the trash.Our bill was not itemized for each item charged. Total was $61.25 and $5.00. Tip added to the bill that was not authorized by the customer.Order 18:59:35 transaction 15 visa pymt $56.25 $5.00 unauthorized tip added to bill.THIS TIP WAS NOT ADVISED BY THE SERVER OR MANAGER.THE CUSTOMER NEEDS TO BE ASKED IF A TIP IS TO BE ADDED TO THE BILL.OTHERWISE THIS IS AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE BY THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY.MAKE SURE WHEN YOU PAY YOU GET AN ITEMIZED COPY OF FOOD ORDERED AND MAKE SURE THERE IS NO TIP ADDED TO YOUR BILL AT TIME OF PAYMENT!!!UNLESS YOU AUTHORIZE THE TIP THAT IS AN ILLIGEL CHARGE--YOU MUST BE TOLD ON ADVANCE.

Bathrooms were disgusting… food was not fresh didn’t finish the plate and forgot to give wasabi and soy sauce. Food came out hot which was the best part. Ordered miso soup tasted sweet and something was off… oh boy was not spicy just horrible go

This is the first and last time I order from here. Today I went to pick up my order, and I had to wait for it.. no problem. I had enough time to wait for it. In the meantime, the owner, an older lady, was belittling one of her employees in front of the customers. She would come and go telling her off. I asked the cashier if this happened often, and she said yes.My order was ready, and I approached the lady and asked her if she was the owner. She smiled and said yes. I told her that this was my first time ordering food here, but it would be my last because I didn’t like the way she was treating her employee. I told her, “you should be respectful of every one of your employees… no matter what type of position they held”. Her smile disappeared and just answered “I’m sorry…”I walked away with my order but was very upset because of what I saw.I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO OH SUSHI… I will go somewhere else.I hope she doesn’t fire that employee because of what I did…
