the worker’s have terrible communication, they have no clue on what they’re doing. my family asked for a rosca de reyes, and was told that there were 3-4 dolls. there was 0. What’s the point of even selling a rosca de reyes without any dolls? very disappointing, we called and there was no compensation or replacement. horrible service.

I don't even know where to begin with this sorry excuse for a bakery and the sheer disappointment and disgust it has brought my family! If I could give this store a zero I would. It all started this morning when I went to buy a rosca de Reyes to celebrate the tradition with my family who was visiting only for the week, I thought I would be bringing home a rosca full of babies as the workers described there would be 3 to 4 in the rosca, they couldn't have been more dishonest than that as not a single baby was to be found anywhere in the rosca. Upon discovering this I decided to call the store and report my grievances to them in hopes we could at least get a replacement or bare minimum just the babies, instead we were presented by a disgusting attitude and a series of gaslighting from the female employee we spoke to on the phone who instead of helping decided to argue with us and present no solution at all!! Thanks for ruining our yearly tradition and we know for sure we will never be coming back to this establishment.

First time coming here and it won't be the last. Small place but the food was amazing. The pan dulce was fresh, like fresh fresh. Best champurrado I've ever had. The drink was smooth with a great consistency. I also order one of each of the tamales. It was hard to choice my favorite. 1) pollo, 2) verde 3) rojo 4) rajas SO GOOD!! Service was fast once I got through the line. Planning my next trip.

I love there red pork tamales the best I ever had and I have tried them all!!! Great service friendly service I’m actually a frequent flyer if you need tamales this is a good place to go and they have other good food!!!!
