I've been visiting this location for many years and the taste quality and the portions have been going down pretty bad. Worst thing is that their prices keep going up. They're more expensive than going to a nice restaurant now. This big corporate is robbing people!!I highly recommend going to Hunan Garden Chinese Restaurant. Which I'd only minutes away. Their food is amazing and freshly made. The portions are huge. Sometimes one dish can accommodate 2 person and the customer service is amazing as well.

They say they close at 1100pm. The place actually stops making food at 1000pm. Good luck after that! They had 4 pieces of orange chicken left. Put it in a box and charge me full price. Unbelievable!!

I’ve tried their spicy shrimp ? that they just added to their menu and I like it. Although, it can become dry if it’s in the tray for a long time.
Place was really busy.. Just wanted to leave a comment. Workers did a great job. Some customers being rude with them. Marbell and yisleth gave great customer service with a smile.. Props to them.. Keep up the great customer

This location gets packed but what I like is that they take digital gift cards and the staff knows how to process payment. We've been to many locations that supposedly accept gift cards but staff were not properly trained to process digital gift cards. So to me, that's a big plus

Just cus they forgot my hot sauce that I ask for at the counter.
Came here few days ago , they must of had bad meat or the food wasn't stored at the correct temperature. My whole family got food poisoning after eating here.

DO NOT GO HERE TO EAT! Found multiple hairs in the chow mein. After notifying the manager, he offered to make my combo again but I refused and got my a refund.

I placed an online order when I got there and asked if my order was ready they told me that they were barely making it,so I waited an extra 10 min (the reason I placed an online order was to not wait) I was understanding and patiently waited since they were really busy on a Sunday.When I got home they had my order completely wrong. They gave me rice(contains eggs) which I am allergic to instead of chow main.When I went to complain about my order the “manager” said they could only replace my order didn’t even apologized.I could of had an allergic reaction!!! PLEASE check your order before leaving Panda Express it’s their responsibility to check the costumers order whenever they have a “online order”.I take fault as well for not double checking but they have the Audacity to say that it’s not their fault they got the order wrong because “it was busy” VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Ordered the beyond orange chicken online, picked up the order but I didn't check it. Got to work, ate the chicken and realized it was definitely not beyond chicken it was real chicken... would be nice for them to actually give me what I ordered especially since it's extra !
