This Panera might appear to be small, but its quite spacious. It has a few outlets and their wifi is good enough to get you pass by with surfing the web. The staff seem respectful and active in mantaining the area clean.

The staff there is incredibly nice and efficient. I personally love their salads and sandwiches. My favorite sandwich is the Green Goddess Caprese Melt – Toasted Baguette.Everything is fresh prepared and with quality ingredients.

Not location specific but overall customer service. I reached out due my husband purchasing the year membership for sip club, but them closing ventura location (IN OCTOBER). The other locations are not in convenient location for the membership to get any use. Well customer service went on to falsely accusing him using the membership at two locations at two different locations in December. When I said that is absolutely not correct, how could have he used it at the closed location, they gave a very generic response of sorry you had a bad experience, franchise team will reach out. This was over two weeks ago and no one has reached out since then. Obviously they don't care about their customers to be falsely accusing then handing it off to this ghost team to get rid of the problem.

Ordered sandwiches for take out. The good news is that everything was ready and available on time. The bad news is the sandwiches were not great. Mine had so much mayo. I am a mayo lover, but this was way too much.

Not warm or room temp but cold coffee just doesn't work for me. Once I got hot coffee, it tasted horrible. Ordered one breakfast sandwich, and one lunch sandwich. Both were very disappointing. They barely put anything in their sandwiches. So unsatisfying. Person at the counter is not close to knowing what ingredients are in their food. The place is understaffed. Had to go online to figure out if they offered any wheat flour breads. Honestly, I am embarrassed for the manager and the franchise.

I was sitting outside Panera tonight and was so blown back at the hardwork and dedication i seen from one of the employees. She was down on the floor cleaning the edges of the windows and when a customer walked in she would rush right back to the register and cashier. After she would rush right back to cleaning the window edges. I was so inspired and moved by the effort and dedication ahe put into her work. She is such a small young lady but demonstrates such strength down on the ground cleaning to climbing up on a ladder cleaning. I once heard in order to be a leader first yoy have to be a servant. Whoever she is great job and give her a raise :)

ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl and the portion i received wasn’t extremely disappointing for a meal that cost $17 before tax or tip. what a scam never coming back here
